Hi Neil; An "anonymous" grandson messaged me about Daniel, as to whether or not he was actually in the Civil war. The obit didn't come up, so I was wondering if you would be able to find any info on him, and let him know. Thanks!!

Plot: Plot: Sect. V, row 27

On Samuel Strunk's memorial page you mention his obituary lists his birthplace as Amity Twsp. Would you have a copy of that obituary I could see. I need to confirm his mother as Caroline Ginter.
thank you,

RE: Margaret Jones Reifsnyder # 131838815
The ancestor I am stuck on is John Raifsnider - Find A Grave Memorial# 71555356

To further complicate my search they were reformed Mennonite (no one knows where the church records are) and this was in the area of Chambersburg and they moved a lot during the war between Maryland and PA. I have been in contact with Glenn Gross, administer for the Cumberland Valley Mennonite, who does not know the location of the records. The family was also affiliated with Waynesboro Reformed Mennonite Church.

I am not sure you will find anything on them, but you can gladly look.

RE: Belleman
The other memorial is not mine.

I moved it, referencing the Arthur Degler farm. I wasn't sure what else to do. I can't do anything about the other burial.

Margaret Jones Reifsnyder # 131838815

Thank you for the Transfer. I am interested in maintaining and investigate this memorial and her family. My Reifsnyder research is not limited to my family do to the rarity of the name. My thought are we are all linked back to some of the first people to settle in Pennsylvania.

Any addition members you find would be a great help, has I am stuck in my person tree with my ancestor born in 1825.

Thank You

RE: Belleman
He is not buried at the church cemetery according to old cemetery records, but on a farm in Shartlesville. There is no actual name for the cemetery other than "Belleman Family" cemetery. What else could I call it?
