I have been transcribing cemeteries for a few years, many here in Somerset County, NJ. |
I do a lot of research in Penna, both York County and Snyder County (family/college). I've begun to try to update a Snyder county book (Wagenseller) of Snyder County graves that was published about 1900, focusing on, but not exclusively, those cemeteries NOT included on the Snyder County website.
I am happy to transfer memorials to family members per Find A Grave rules. And if you are not directly related, I do updates once a week. Please use the Edit tab, once per memroial, and I'll add what ever information is appropriate and cite you as the source in the Notes section. PLEASE ONLY ONCE PER MEMORIAL - I cannot be responsible if your multiple requests do not go through, and lately there have been too many requests (multiple pages) to identify duplicate memorials. The issue has been that a subsequent request overwrites a prior request. Hopefully they will eventually fix that. Thanks for your understanding.

Thank you for the information on Isaac Bickel. Do you have any info on his mother, Sarah Bilger Bickel?
My 4th great grandmother was Rachel Bilger, 12 MAR 1813 • 3 JAN 1872, who married Valentine Hare then Frederick Herman.

Thank you Steve...
Its never easy to tell someone there is a mix-up on a memorial; thank you for handling it so graciously.
Thank you again, Pat D.
