RE: isaac elijah cantrell i was wondering why elizabeth talitha cloud and then his second wife name of elizabeth. i am taking the elizabeth off of talitha's name. no, i didn't do the memorial. to be honest i don't know how. right now i am battling his children. i found some postings of sandy cole wainwright who seems very knowledge on genealogy. she says documents only show 19 children conclusively, not 25. I place a good amount of weight on her work. I wonder now which children i have that are incorrect. i would love to see your tree, absolutely invite me. today i am back on linda cantrell b. 1806 and did she marry luke dempsey who possibly had a brother named barnett. happy hunting and thanks once again for all your help. you are a wonder. pat
RE: Find A Grave Memorial# 142718048 Vonnie, I am fairly new into discovering my ancestors. It has been a wonderful journey thus far.I have found so many and I just felt that it would be a good way to pay my repects to my 5x Great Grandfather.Thank you so much for your hard work.I find no reason what so ever for you to transfer the memorials you have worked so hard on.I have no pictures but it would be great to see yours when you have the chance to take some of your own. Sincerely, Diane
isaac elijah cantrell hello vonnie, it has been some time off but i am back in ancestry. reviewing isaac cantrell preacher. i removed thornton from name per your notes. i have circa 1850 for marriage to talitha, ancestry marriage database shows 1858. do you know correct date? he has had a few kids already by 1858. Not necessarily unusual as in old days sometimes they had to wait til preacher came to town. BUT he was a preacher haha. On a lighter note. How did he have time to preach with all those kids! thanks for any help, Pat
Elizabeth Hannah [Hughes] Watson memorial #17564617 I too have ask the girl to remove the posting of the incorrect marriage record listing from her memorial...and I have adjusted the record in her BIO.
Garoutte Call me paranoid but I think someone has gone through the trouble of hiding some of the Garoutte history and facts. The DAR has done something to his DAR record in 1990 yet in 2004 some descendants got a membership with Michael in the SAR but the proofs they provided are hidden and cannot be seen or purchased.
Richard Cass, Sr. I'd be happy to transfer this memorial to you if you are related, as I am not a direct descendant. I was researching the Payton lineage (of which I am descended) and Elizabeth Payton married a Cass. I found the info regarding the cemetery history and entered the few Cass burials listed.
