if you are a relative or family friend and would like a transfer of ownership of a memorial, I will gladly do so, unless I am a direct descendant. I have created many cousin lines and I would rather the memorial be in the hands of someone more closely related who can truly represent their loved one|
My virtual cemeteries are generally my direct ancestors, with a very few exceptions. Time permitting, I will create a 'Distant Cousin' and 'Random Additions' virtual cemeteries which will make it simpler to decipher when hoping for a transfer.

Hi Anne - I'm not family so your choice re transfer. Txs for reply - Thank You for all that you do for Find A Grave - much appreciated.
Have you thought about asking for a transfer of your relatives? I would be most happy to transfer any relatives I have of yours, so long as I am not related. Having family willing to claim and maintain their family's memorial is great. cheryl

Anne, There is a headstone for B. Frank Jackson next to Sarah and Joseph Jackson in Pine Grove Cemetery, Lynn. I have posted a pix on his memorial #41504775 in case it is of interest to you.

Thank you, Anne!
I don't think I have ever received such extravagant praise.
Hi! In regards to your photo request, can you please call the cemetery and obtain the grave location (Section & Lot numbers) and ask them whether or not there is a grave marker? Please post this information to the memorial or send it to me.
Forest Home Cemetery: 708-366-1900 or 773-287-0772
Forest Home is a huge cemetery with well over 70,000 burials, and the information is needed in order to find someone there and take a photo of a grave. I go here regularly, and just since August I have found over 200 graves at Forest Home that had the location information provided. Thank you! Ace

I'm entering a Vitus John Koel 1906-1988 into Calvary in Spooner, Washburn CO. WI. He was born in Caledonia to John Peter Koel and Elizabeth (Schmitz) Koel. John died right after Vitus was born. Have you run across any info about him? I can't find a death date. His widow had Vitus and Carl to raise.
Thanks for the effort to link Julia Young Gonia Rivard with her second husband. Peg

Nice to hear from you. Yes, Calvin's footstone was next to Rosetta and their son Alonzo's headstones. I know from Alonzo's will that he left money to pay for all three monuments. I checked my pictures to see if there was a panorama shot of the graves, but sorry to say, there's not.
Calvin was born March 2, 1784 at Framingham, Middlesex County, Mass.
Rosetta's maiden name was Campbell. I got that information from you :)
I was there in the Spring. That explains the green grass!
Thanks for the good work,
