|Bonnie Sisson Manning||Steve - since you are a veteran|
I've been posting info regarding vets for WWII - I've tried to find the official insignias for all the various branches of the services, etc. Coast Guard, paratroopers, bronze stars, etc. If you happen to run across insignias which are in error, will you let me know? I have figured out that the Air Force as we know it did not start until AFTER the war - I've been using the insignia for the Army Air Corps for most but I don't know if the insignia for Naval Air Corps is different(just one of the many ?s I've encountered) Thanks a heap, Steve.

My pleasure. I used Ancestry.com to verify parents.
Also Harry Shrell had twin brother, Harold. At first I thought it was a duplicate,but the census showed twins
Take area keep up the good wok.

man this was one I really wanted to find.The guys that gave their lives in the line of duty hold a special place..It was right behind a tall crypt and one of the poles supporting it had fallen off the memorial, and it was buried in the mud..i was able to dig it out while standing a foot deep in water and lay it out on top where it will be visible..
