I've been researching family genealogy for many years and also upload local cemetery registers for the cemeteries in our county. |
I have no familial connection to most of the people I upload, so feel free to request transfers of your relatives. I only ask that you let me know how you're related to a family. Or if you have a decent reason, I'm good with that, too. If you'll take good care of a memorial, I have no problem transferring if you're not related.
While I have many memorials, I am not a numbers person. I would rather have family members maintain memorials.
I make updates very quickly, and usually do not reply back unless I have a question. I frequently will use the email provided in the edit to respond to a question. If your correction has not been made, please check to see if I've emailed, as I normally don't make the updates if I do not have the question answered.

**Please use the Edit feature on memorials over requesting changes in messages or sending emails. That really is the easiest and most efficient way to accomplish updates. Thanks!**

****If you volunteer on this website and decide you no longer want to maintain memorials, please transfer your records to someone who has an active account and are willing to take over management of the memorials. I am one of many willing to take over records. This really will help reduce duplicates.
Right now, you can email email@example.com if you have someone who has accepted stewardship over the memorials you added. Please send in their member number with your email. Feel free to contact me should you wish that someone maintain the memorials you have created. Thanks!*****

Death is only an old door
Set in a garden wall
On gentle hinges it gives, at dusk
When the thrushes call
Along the lintel are green leaves
Beyond the light lies still;
Very willing and weary feet
Go over that sill
There is nothing to trouble any heart;
Nothing to hurt at all.
Death is only a quiet door.
In an old wall.

|Gale Boetius Perez||Oops|
Jonelle, I'm sorry I just noticed I misspelled your name.
|Gale Boetius Perez||Lavera Vollmer Tullberg|
Hi Janelle, thank you for adding the photo of Lavera. Would you mind if I put a copy of it on Lavera's profile on our ancestry.com Tullberg family tree? I would be happy to credit you. Right now we only have a picture of her grave and it would be so nice to have a picture of her too. Thank you - Gale

Boleta is my great grandmother. I don't know what "managing" entails. Would really be happy to receive picture of gravestone. Boleta is very mysterious, can't find anything on her except this.
|Paul (Revelations 6:5 )||Pat Milanowski|
Pat was my mother in law & I have her husbands memorial that I care for. Would you want to transfer Pat's Memorial to my memorials by chance????
Thanks for listening!

Thank you for the photo of Agnes' resting place. It is much appreciated. Kayla
|Diane Burke||Byron Carpenter|
Sorry to bother you, but when I looked up on this site for Byron's grave, the pix didn't show up on his page.

Hi Jonelle, I was entering information for my brother Paul when I noticed that he was already on the site. I'd like to take over his memorial. Before he died, I promised him that I would. Thanks for entering his obituary.

|Mary Severns||Wipflis in Wisconsin|
Thanks for your offer to help with some research on the Wipflis. My great grandmother was born Marie Rosa Wipfli in Switzerland. Her husband, Anton Komatz, was a Slovenian stonemason who had crossed the Alps working on railroad tunnels. They moved with several young children to America and settled near Altdorf, Wisconsin, which was then a Swiss community. I suspect that they came to this area with her siblings, or because her siblings had come there before. Her obituary says her parents are "Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Wipfli." Her mother's name may have been Maria Anna Josefa Walker, but I have not confirmed that. I'm most interested in finding out how the Wipflis are related. Any info you can uncover would be greatly appreciated.

Added to WIllie and deleted from Halbert. There were no other stones on this plot so maybe Halbert does not have one--or the Underhill stone is for both Halbert and Freedom.
