Thank you for transferring the Clevelands to me. I sincerely appreciate it.

I wanted to thank you for taking this picture. He is my great great grandfather. Having been born in Ireland, he's been difficult to find much on. This is awesome.
Thanks again for all the work you do. Someone in Idaho appreciates it!

Great. FindAGrave generally handles these requests fairly quickly.
I haven't seen it too much at St. Pat's, but yes, I have seen a lot of obituary photos used. I will grab one once in a blue moon (I have a weakness for cute little old ladies), but for the most part, I won't do it. I find that I'm usually happier just using my imagination. ;)
Thanks, D! :)

The referenced memorial has newspaper clippings scanned and posted to the photo area of the memorial. I have transcribed that and have sent it off to be added to the biographical area where it's supposed to be.
Would you be so kind as to remove the scans from the photo section?
This is the relevant section from the FAQs regarding the posting of non-photos in the photo area:
Can I add an obituary to my interment listing?
Please do NOT add newspaper article or obituary scans. The photo section is reserved for headstone/grave photos and possibly a portrait photo of the person, if that photo is owned by you. Do not copy and post photographs from obituary or funeral home websites (unless you personally are the photographer), as they are protected by copyright law. Find A Grave reserves the right to remove obituary notices and photographs from memorial records.
Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

Your post regarding Mabel Groskreutz.
You wrote me:
Pleasant Grove cemetery has no record that Mabel is buried there. Do you have any verification that notes she is? Her father Anthony and mother Phoebe Pearl at at Evergreen in Prairie du Chien and her brother Vernon is buried in ILL. I've found records that show her son Eugene and husband both pre-deceased here. There's a request for picture of her grave, but Bob who manages the records said there isn't one.
The memorial states that:
Following a private memorial service for the family today, her remains will be buried in Pleasant Grove Cemetery in McGregor, Iowa. Arrangements are under the direction of Tri-County Funeral Home of Highland.
Most likely as it says "remains" she was cremated and the family took her ashes there. Contact the funeral home for further information. That is all I have. Thank you for your interest.

|Stardust||RE: Albert Long|
I have already marked their memorials as NO GRAVE MARKER. If I were to place photo requests back up for the three family members, would you be willing to place the photo of the area where their graves are, with a notation added at the bottom of the photo that this is the area were their unmarked graves are located? I have had this same situation before and the photo of the location was used.
Let me know how you feel regarding this,

OH MY, What a marvelous job you did! I can't thank you enough. Your heart is obviously in what you do! God Bless You!

THANK YOU for letting me know that the graves of Albert Stoneman Long, his wife, Marjorie Richardson Long, and their son, Norman Richardson Long, are all unmarked graves. I will delete the photo requests for them. The burial reports were provided to me from the cemetery, did not indicate that they were unmarked graves.
Thank you for your assistance,
