Bio and Links
Bio Photo Please do not ask me to add birth & death places to the headers of memorials I have entered if the info already appears in the memorial. I think it makes it look cluttered. Those fields are not searchable and there is no reason to duplicate the info. Same with transcriptions that already appear on the memorials via gravestone photos.
For some reason, some correction requests are coming from individuals - not Find A Grave. These either wind up in spam or are deleted. Because of virus potential, I do not open e-mails from unknowns. It would help if you reference Find A Grave in the subject.
I found the Find A Grave website to be a tremendous help while working on my family genealogy (Winship, Walton, Erskine, Edminster). Thanks to all who have contributed data & photos. I wanted to do my part by sharing data from stones in the 8 cemeteries in my hometown - Boulter, Douglass, Farwell, Fowler, Pond 1 & 2, Quaker Hill and Village.

RE: Robert Frost.
I just joined recently, and slowly starting to become more familiar with common procedures.
There is so much to read!
Thank you so very much as to transferring the page for Robert Frost to me.
Also, thank you for the additional advice of how best to go about this type of request in the future.
I thought I had fallowed the directions as to asking for a transfer, but I guess not.
Thank you again.

Robert Frost.
Would like this memorial transferred to myself.
Robert Frost was my grandfather-in-law.
Thank you. Debra Ann Perkins.

Thank you very much for allowing me to fix my burial spot in Maine Veterans Old section.
This is very thoughtful of you & I do appreciate my previous being the memorial to stay.
Hope you had a good summer & enjoy the fall foliage up north which I do miss until the snow falls.

No, I am not related to her. I was at the cemetery taking pictures of my family members. The cemetery is small so I just took pictures of everything.

RE: Links
I am so sorry to here about your father's passing. He lived agood long life. You must be lost with out him.

When it comes to paperwork they sure do make you do enough of it. Hopefully you are taking sometime to yourself. If there is anything I can do for you let me know.

John S Wilson
J S Wilson military grave at City Point National Cem: 3075802

John S Wilson card in ME Vets Cem Records:
"War: Civil"
"Cemetery: Enclosed ground Mead Station"
"Co. H, 19th Inf."

That card agrees with the note at the City Point memorial.

The Knox stone looks new .. and is not in ME Vets Recs.
Perhaps Knox locals have the story.
