Bio Photo My profile would be boring, so I won't bother (you can visit my dad Mitzie the Clown instead) ... and I won't list a bunch of do this and do that's. "Help with Find A Grave" has all that.... assuming you've read them.

With sand fleas and no-see-ums biting, dodging bee's, garden snakes, and one territorial hawk - armed with a pocket full of batteries - I've swept the dirt, trimmed the grass, blown off the leaves and dug out the forgotten stones. Each one will tell you a story; of love, laughter and sadness.

I take pictures. Lots of pictures. Good ones, bad ones. wyswyg. Am slowly fixin' the really bad ones. Meanwhile you will know that there is a stone. You may use MY picture(s) any way you want, with the exception of re-posting them on Find A Grave. It is my gift to you. No further permission is needed, NOR credit given. This applies to MY PHOTO's ONLY. If you feel you must give credit, use my member ID# only - my name is plastered all over the www as it is.

Many contributors have given their time creating memorials for the men and women who lost their lives in service. I would like to bring attention to just this one:
2nd Lieut. Darrell K. Stoyke
Please, take a moment and visit his memorial. If the people of Eyguieres, France can build a memorial in the center of town to honor him, surely you can take a moment and visit his grave. If you have any information on this young man, please contact me. Thank you.

If you've left me a "thank you" - You are very welcome. I really am glad I was able to help you. Now go back to that memorial you were so happy to find and leave a Flower, a Note, some Cheetos. Anything. Show them you care and they are not forgotten.

Johnson Family
Dear Jaci,
Thank you very much for providing pictures of the gravestones for Press, Harriett and Dorothy Johnson. Press was my great grand uncle and my grandfather, Press Leroy Davidson, was named after him. Please be assured your volunteer work is greatly appreciated. All the best, Sharon

George E DeLas #111806076
Thanks for posting the memorial of George E DeLas #111806076. He was a son Emmanuel George De Las #121149282 and Clara(below). Emmanuel George was first married to Mrs. Mary Eunice (Tallman) Kerns. She died April 25, 1918, Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN. They divorced before 1913, as George remarried to Clara E. Damros November 30, 1913. I requested a link to George E.'s father.

Wondered if you had any info on Emmanuel George De Las first wife:
Mary Eunice Kerns/DeLas d.April 25, 1918
or her son by her first married:
Otto Winford Kerns d.November 12, 1955
both died in Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN

Mary Eunice's first husband was Mordecai Thomas "Doad" Kerns #18381809

Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks again for posting.

Nanny Anderson, 1877-1933
What can you tell me about Nanny Anderson, Find A Grave # 123970395 ? I am wondering if she might not be a daughter of Håkan (Hokan) Anderson #134125231 and his wife Ingrid Anderson #120310138. As you can see from his memorial, they had a daughter named Nanny Christina, born 7 May 1877, who came to America in 1891. However, in the 1910 census, it says Ingrid had given birth to 4 children, 3 then living. I know Hilda, Beda and Anton were living in 1910, so my guess was Nanny died before then. However, a kind person suggested your Nanny might be their Nanny. (One of her sisters lived at Silver Creek, Minn.)
Best Regards,

Hello Jaci,

Are you a descendant of August A. Holmgren? I see you have him, his wife, and his son Harold on here.

August was my great-great-grandfather!
