Something of interest for you, Sarah Gradick Thruston was the mother of the tallest Confederate soldier, Henry Clay Thruston from Morgan Co. Missouri.
Hope it isen't already hot in TX, Oregon is unusually warm for this time of yr.

It was said her son-in-law Samuel R. Shepard was buried next to her. They died a yr apart, he March 16, 1885, Sarah Thruston may 31, 1886.
Any help to clear up this mystery.

I found on line the listing for the burials in Bolivar Cem. was made by the DAR 1957. Looks like they published a book. Then on Ancestry I found that Sarah Gradick Thurston and her son-in law Samuel R. Shepard is buried next to her. He died 1886 she in 1887. Someone added that the grave was covered by a cement slab. I've never been there so only going by what others said.
