RE: Allison Family Bible
I haven't forgotten about your request for a copy of the Allison Bible, I've been trying to locate my copies from my disorganized files. I did find my Xerox copies of the George W. Allison Bible (2 pages) but I don't have the Title Page or Copyright Page that most genealogical associations are requiring now. It was originally known as the Amanda Allison Martin Brandon Bible in my notes but I've concluded that it was her father's Bible instead. I don't know who has the Bible now. The person who gave me the copies is now deceased - Paul Woodall from Lakeland, Florida. He had three daughters and one may have inherited his interest in family, but I don't know their names. I'll send you what I have via e-mail.

I also found some notes that I'll send that were mostly written by LeNora Creekmore of Live Oak, Florida. I call them the Allison-Creekmore Bible because some of the notes were a hand-written copy of a family Bible in 1946. Here again, I don't know who possesses the original Bible now and what I have are not scans of the Bible pages. They are not acceptable as proofs but they will give insights into further research.

RE: Allison Family Bible
I will look again for my copy of the Amanda Allison Martin Brandon Bible page if that's the one you're requesting. What I have is just an very old Xerox copy and I don't think it contains the Title Page or Copyright Page that many genealogical organizations require today. It was copied long ago before such requirements were made. I don't know who now has the original Bible. I think it was passed down through Amanda's daughter, Fannie Martin Wilson, but everyone I know in her family is dead now. I'm hoping a new scan will surface one day.

You are more than welcome. The stone is still in good shape. Just very dirty.

Re: Blanche Ogletree
The two Oakwood cemeteries have been merged. My memorial for Blanche Ogletree was still there after the merge was complete. This is to let you know I deleted my memorial. You may want to check your memorials at Oakwood - Sheffield. I plan to go for photos sometime later this month.

RE: Yerbey family cemetery
Hi George,
I doubt the cemetery would be removed, but it is in a very hard to access area, on land that is for sale. I haven't been there since I took the photos - and I can't remember how many years ago that was. At the time, we called the developer to ask for permission - the drive into the property is gated. It was very overgrown, as I think you can see from the photos. If the property is ever developed, the cemetery may be easier to access and get a little more TLC.

My best,
Lulu
