Hello! I have been working on my family's genealogy off and on since I was fourteen; it's fascinating to learn about the lives of my ancestors over the past few centuries! |
I was raised in Middle Tennessee, but most of my family lives in the northeast Arkansas area, so that is where most of my submissions will be. For the past few years I've lived outside the U.S., first in Italy and now in China. So, I haven't had much opportunity to do local research in several years, but the internet is a wonderful thing. Feel free to e-mail me if you find we have a connection!fg.cgi?page=ms

It is very odd but I am seeing more and more changes on my old entries and why there would be a note in parentheses not to add any cemeteries pics is beyond me. Well, I did get my pic posted and your pic of the gate came thru of the Holy Cross Gate...that may have been the computer glitch. My but you have an interesting life. Thanks, E

Well, I don't know what occurred but when I returned to his site the pic was there and so was your pic of Cemetary gate. Odd things seem to be happening to the older memorials established in the early days of Find A Grave which is when I did mine and it is frustrating and disappointing to see my pics disappear for new ones, etc. Well, all is well that ends well. I still don't get the note about posting cemetary pics. E

I have been to the family cemetery twice when I was younger. Some time has passed since then and a few years back my son, Blaine and I tried several times to find it. My Father, Cecil K. Province Jr. Knew where it is but his health wouldn't allow him to go with us. Dad passed this year and that leaves me and my son even further in the dark on it's whereabouts. If anybody has a map or very descriptive directions it would make me and my son very happy. Thanks to all that might read this!

Hi Katy. Great to hear from you. Thank you for the updates. I'll keep that in mind if I see any. Also, I collaborate a lot with Kenneth Hampton. He takes grave pics and I write bios. I manage pages for him. He asked me if I would talk to you about transferring his parents' pages to me. He wants me to write some bios for them and he wants to do some other things if that's OK with you. His father is Floyd McKinley Hampton 13216899 and mother is Rosezetta Silkwood Hampton 13216902. Thanks. Hope you are doing great! :)

Thank you so very much for linking the family together. The assistance that we have received from you and other Find A Grave volunteers is nothing short of wonderful.
God bless you in all your efforts.
