Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been working with cemeteries one way or another all my life. When I was a child, I helped my mother and my aunts clean the brass markers on the graves of my grandfather and my uncle and other family members; my maternal grandmother had beautiful flowers all in her yard and we were constantly taking flowers to the graves of relatives and people who were friends of my grandmother (though complete strangers to me) who "had no one else to put flowers on their graves." Later, as a daughter-in-law, I became involved in the Henry County Genealogy Society's cemetery book project when I volunteered to type up listings on the over 425 cemeteries which the group had compiled for publication. I enjoy taking pictures of stones for people who cannot personally get to cemeteries in my area, and I appreciate people who have done the same for me in their area. I have created several memorials in the course of my cemetery work. Some of the memorials are people who are not related to me, so I am always willing to transfer those non-related memorials to people who request them - hopefully allowing more information to be listed than I am able to provide.

RE: Jemima Dill and Lucinda Divine Pic
Hi! I am a direct descendant of Thomas Divine Sr. and Jemima Dill Divine. They are my ggggg grandparents. Their son Thomas Divine Jr and his wife Elizabeth Avens Divine are my gggg grandparents. I do not have access to Milburns research. Upon her death, it was donated to the Library at the University of Tennessee where it is still in storage. Many of her belonging were auctioned off and apparently that included photos that she had. The photo I have came from Milburns collection but was found in an antique shop in Johnson City, TN not far from where she lived. A lady that was shopping there found this photo with the writing that it was Jemima Dill and Elizabeth Avens Divine. She did some research on the internet and found my website and that I was a descendent and graciously mailed me the photo.

You are very welcome, glad I could help. I have thought the same about how my past family moved around.

No, I'm sorry, I don't have any more information for him; I post whatever information I have on the person's memorial.

RE: Robert Turner memorial transfer
You are so welcome for all the transfers. That was my original goal in creating them. For them to find family looking to make family tree connections & to help people on their genealogical hunt.

Thanks so much Mr.Claxton, for sending me the complete obituary from the Paris PI newspaper (Aug.12, 1993), for my uncle, Jessie James Burton. I have just added it to his memorial page.

RE: Jonathan Ross West Memorial
I received the photo of Jonathan's tombstone from his mother, and I posted it, forgetting that I had already made a photo request. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks for following up.

RE: Nora William Ross correction
Thank you for updating!
Curious if you have ever come across anything on Henry Franklin Ross b. 1834 and his father Little Berry Ross b.abt 1798?
