Private Jones Perry Graham
Please correct this "Jones Perry Graham" entry. Yes, you may elect to add a note that after his death, some misread his name: "Jones Perry Graham" as "James Perry Graham".
GRAHAM, Jones Perry Graham (1844 Cass Co TX-1920 Stephens Co OK, Marlow Cem) son of Jency Jane Williams & Tilman Williamson Graham; m-1866 Grayson Co TX to Dorothy Ireland, 10 ch; 1863 flour contractor; OK pension #3374 application #4238 (Co D, Bourland's Regt, TX CSA)
I have studied my Graham family for forty years and, yes, I have published several family histories that include my Graham family.

Betty J. Rowe
Thank you for creating Memorial 15146292 for Betty. She was the first wife of my step-father-in law, Donald Roy Rowe.
Don married, my mother-in-law, Mildred Louise Scott, in December 1996 after Betty's passing in September of 1995.
Don passed away this week, June 7 and I was going to create a memorial for him and for Betty, but it had already been done.
If you would please assigned me this memorial, the family would greatly appreciate it.
Thank you,
Joyce Scott

I found Elizabeth Alford wife of James Albert Winton she is not in the cemetery where you listed her.

I did a search of Wintin and found her and the daughter that died as a child. And found James Albert and his son James A. using Wintin.

Typo - William & Eliabeth's other possible son was born after 1795 (not 1895)

William Jean & Elizabeth Goode
Did not even marry until four years after John Jean of Heard Co., GA was born. If you research them you will see they did not have a son of John's age in their household on census records. They have one known proven son and that was Lemuel. Census records indicate they may have had one more, but he was born after 1895.

Please remove the bio stating John Jean of Heard Co., GA was their son. To date no one has proof his middle name was Wesley either. Info is based on old family trees and was debunked back in '90's . I can't believe it has resurfaced again and there are now over a 100 people, sighting this source as their proof, that John Jean was the son of William & Elizabeth.

For more information on John Jean and his ancestors see:

If you prefer to do your own research you need to look at Chatham Co., NC deed records for Daniel, Jean/Gean, & Mathis/Matthews deeds as well as Walton Co., GA Jean, Mathis & Hopson deeds. You also need to look at census records and include: Jesse Jean, Sally Jean, Sally Mathis, Littleton Mathis, Littleton Daniel, John Jean.
