I am trying to assist with data cleansing here on Find A Grave. Please take note of the naming conventions (found in the FAQ):

Memorial Naming Conventions
If a hyphen or an apostrophe is part of the name, use the punctuation.
A period should be used after names where only an initial is known. If the full name is known, use the full name and not the initial.
No other punctuation should be used within any Name Field.
Full capitalization (ALL-CAPS) of names should not be used in any Name Field.
Suffixes and Prefixes do not belong in any Name Field.

First Name
First name of the deceased. Put the entire first name (if known), even if the grave marker is only an initial.

Middle Name
Middle name of deceased. Put the entire middle name (if known), even if the grave marker is only an initial.

Nickname
Nickname of deceased, if known; the nickname is automatically placed in quotes.

Maiden Name
Maiden name of a married individual, if known (otherwise leave blank); the maiden name is automatically italicized and should only be used if the individual was married and took the spouse's last name as their new last name. If the deceased was never married, then the last name should be placed in the "Last Name" field, NOT in the "Maiden Name" field.

Last Name
Last Name as you would find it on the tombstone, if the interred had more than one marriage or other possible spellings please place this information in the bio and use the family links. Do not include honorary or other suffixes in the Last Name field.

How should I enter all married names for a woman's memorial when she was married more than once?
The 'last name' should be the name that is on the headstone. Other married names should be included as part of the biography section. The 'maiden name' should only be her maiden name. Unless the maiden name is hyphenated, no part of the name should contain any punctuation.

You just declined a SAC for Lena to remove the Shipman. See the Memorial Naming Conventions above. It should be in the Bio Field. Also Lenora Richardson (Hall), Hall should be in the Bio Field.

Hello,

I see your requested edit for Mancel Robinson. What documentation do you have for his birth information? I ask because he is a third great grand uncle and I do not have additional information for him and would be interested greatly in any sources you have been able to find for him.

Made the change you requested but thought it very odd that you remain a secret, no email for private message, no name and no photo. I hope you are a real person, i have encountered some very peculiar folks asking me to do some rather strange things on this site. Just curious.

You just sent me a request to delete this memorial as it is a duplicate. Can you please provide the duplicate number as I do not see a duplicate for this person. Chihuahua Lover.

RE: Flat Prairie Cemetery
Well, that's what happens when the cemetery is listed twice. I did not add the cemetery, but I usually check for duplicate listings before I add photos. Thanks for letting me know. By the way, that is my transcription that you sent the link for :)

Request to copy a memorial
May I have permission to copy and download the memorial you posted on Edmond Bellinger Riley (memorial # 112465787) and his wife Annie Judson Wolf Riley (memorial # 112465735) in Necessity Cemetery in Stephens County? I would like to include it in my tree software on my laptop.
Thank you,
Liz
