Feel free to contact me about any Adams Co, Ohio questions. I have a lot of cemetery records, knowledge of the cemeteries, etc. I have been working on documenting and photographing Adams Co for 5 years now. I do not live in the area but love the area. No, I am not related to anyone just a labor of love for the pioneers who first settled the area.

Working on Tranquility this summer and then I will be done. The cemeteries left that probably won't be completely done are Manchester IOOF, West Union IOOF (Sec 8 done), Locust Grove and Cherry Fork.

These Adams Co, Ohio cemeteries are done:

Amos Jeff Gustin
Hi Debbie,

You have done some awesome work in the cemeteries of Adams Co, OH. Thank you!

I am a descendent of Amos Jeff Gustin (# 35109175) and note that you could not find his grave in Louisville Cemetery. My information (In a section of pioneer and first families of Ohio) leads me to believe he was buried with members of his family on Squire Enos Reeds farm north of Marble Furnace formerly Bell's Post Office, on the road to Locust Grove.

Hope this helps.

Rogers Family Adams County
Hi Debbie - I see where you have information on the Rogers family in Adams County. I am working on my great grandmother's family. She was named Mary Elizabeth Rogers and was born in Adams County. I was wondering if you would correspond with me regarding Adams County. Also, you took a photo in Wesleyan Cemetery where a marker should be for George Graf. Thank you for posting that. He is the husband of my great great Aunt and served in the Civil War. I am tracking down his direct descendants and I want to see about getting him a veterans marker. Thank you for posting where he is located. Sincerely - Pam

Maybe a Kellis?
Debbie,
In Mt. Leigh Cemetery, Seaman, Adams Co., there are my great, great grandparents, David and Anna Kellis. There is also my great grandfather, David and Anna's son, Leon O., buried next to two unnamed sons. You have taken pictures of all of these and are on Findagrave. Thank you.
The question is, there are two small stones next to Leon. Are these headstones? Is there any writing on these stones? Could you get a close-up picture of these stones? Also buried in this cemetery is a Louis Kellis. He is Leon's brother. Could I have a picture of his headstone too, please.
Thank you,
David Mathias
