I am a photo enthusiast. I love to work in cemeteries due to the shapes, textures, and history they provide.|
I recently became aware of FindAGrave.com when I began building my family tree. I have several photos that I have taken in previous years that I will be contributing here, but now that I know about this site I will actually be making a more concerted effort to capture images for this site. It's the least I can do. The majority of my ancestors are buried on the east coast, and I live in Oregon. Via FindAGrave I was able to actually see their final resting places. If I can help do that for someone else that would be wonderful.

I went on to add the photo and someone else had placed a photo. do you want me to add another?
I believe that you and I are related! I was searching on Findagrave and found William S. Cochran and Lucy Maria Brown. William was brother to my great Great Grandmother Elizabeth. She married Andrew T. Brown and I am descended from them. My Great Grandparents are Kingan Guy Brown and Jesse Leople Gorham Brown. Their son Roger Brown was my grandfather. I would love to communicate more. Please email me if you would like to share information. Thankyou!

Here is the link to Metro Search
It has Section, Lot and Grave numbers for all buried in Metro Pioneer cemeteries.

I went over and obtained a photo of Theodore Haas headstone. It is in ground and I tried to get the best I could. I wanted to let you know that there is a Elizabeth (Serres) Haas buried right next to him. Her birthdate is 8/15/1804 and her date of death is 12/25/1895. In addition there are several other Haas' buried at St Mary's without headstones. The names and date of death's are as follows:
Elizabeth - 1896
Nicholas (baby) - 1865
Hope this helps.
Thank you for letting me know about the photo but Charles seems to have a number of different birth years. WWII Reg , WWI Reg , Stone , and Social Security Index . The only thing they agree on is the Sep 9th.
