Find A Grave has been one of the most useful tools I've found for my genealogy research. All the people that take so much of their time to record and photograph the stones are very special to me. I have found so many family graves listed here. All of the people I've contacted for info and transfers couldn't be nicer. The best part is I've "met" family members in other states that I'll probably never see face to face, but we talk all the time. Thanks for all the photos and help. Let me know if I can be of help to you. My family consists of the; Anderson, Harden, Harper, Powell and Claytons. Kay|

Your very welcome. I've found that obits sometimes inform us of valuable information we've been looking for. So glad I could help you!
|Mary Louise Reynolds||Swains|
I've transferred the Swains to you as you requested. They may be relatives of mine, but would be very distant ones, so I'm just as happy to hand them off to someone more closely related.

Thank you Kay, I got careless and should not have sent that to you. I did not double check the information. I will have the mother's information soon and send it to you. The father is supposed to be buried in the same cemetery as Deo Edwin. His name would be Harold Leroy. Meanwhile, he is a cousin and not a direct relative so do not transfer him to me. Hopefully someone in his direct line will request a transfer someday. Meanwhile thank you very much for your input and service on Find A Grave. Regards, Paul
|Diane Winters||RE: Mildred Tedder Souther|
Thanks for helping me get this cleared up - I believe Mildred's husband was Thomas Burette Souther but I am not certain. I did link her to her parents and a daughter that I'd also entered a memorial for.
Again, thanks so much ~ Diane

Your message "Could you transfer Alice's husband please? thanks"
I would be glad to transfer if you could give me her husbands Find A Grave Number. I assume it is Washington George #100790748. Please include your Find A Grave # for the transfer.

Just a small correction. This is Sue Elliott LANGE, wife of Earl B. Lange. They were married 1 January 1919 in Henry County, IN. Thank you.
|Jim Johnson||Nelson Johnson's Parents|
I have been looking for documentation etc. that links Nelson Johnson ( #52645532 ) to his parents. I was wondering if the information about his parents listed on this memorial (James Johnson and Nancy Alexander)has definitive documentation or just how it is known and by whom. I had about given up the search when I found this site. I was thrilled when I saw the listing and I would dearly love to find out any information that anyone has on this line.
Jim Johnson (me) living
Claude Johnson (my father) Deceased Rowan Co NC
Charlie Johnson (grandfather) Wilkes Co NC
Filmore C Johnson (Great grandfather) Wilkes Co NC
Nelson Johnson Sr. (GG grandfather) Wilkes Co NC
Nelson is buried in Wilkes Co NC.

You should be able to delete the transfers. If for some reason you can't delete the memorials you're in control of you can contact Find A Grave at firstname.lastname@example.org. Email them the memorial # and explain that it is a duplicate and ask them to delete it. It may take a little bit but they'll get it done.
