Asbury Barnharts ,
Hello , Larua, Been a while. Been finding some Asburys that are cousins that lived in and around Grand Junction.they are descendants of Rufus,s children . Some in Denver , some in Boulder area. Hope all is well with you. Still researching daily for about four hours. Found some more info on the Oakes families, happy hunting.

Your photo of Preston Maddox and family
Dear Laura,
I have been viewing Preston Maddox's Memorial# 37608394. Thank you for posting the photo of Preston and his family. I wonder if you know which wife and children are pictured: Henrietta Payton, or Elizabeth Blankenship.

Preston was my wife's 2x Great Grandfather. Her mother was Jean Maddox Thompson, Grandfather James Torrance Maddox, and Great Grandfather Robert Lincoln Maddox.

May I have your permission to add this photo to my family file? If so, how would you like for me to word the credit?

Thanks for your help.
Best regards,
Roger D. Morton

RE: Loren Witt McCalister
My husband is Terry Parsons. His father and mother were Herman and Ailene Parsons. His aunt and uncle were Homer and Alice Parsons and he has a cousin Roy and wife Martha who live near McCune. Terry grew up in the McCune area and went to school there through the 11th grade and then graduated from Girard high School.

I will transfer the memorial to you. At the moment I can't see any connection.

Have a great day!

There is no connection between my husband's family and Loren McCalister. Would you like me to transfer his memorial to you?

I wasn't related to her, but knew her and worked with her for years at Wal-Mart. Real nice lady. Don't know nothing about her past or kin tho. She was there for me when my 1st husband died, who suffered for years with heart and kidney disease. We talked all the time, mostly about work. Sometimes took our breaks together. I'm retired from there now. But still feel a void when I shop there, she lit up the place.

RE: Barnhart, Dora, William or Telitha
Hi Laura, Its been awhile since we have messaged each other and didn't know if I had responded to you or not. Dora was my husbands grandmother and I'm still trying to see if there is any info on her or not. Not much luck. Do you or have you ever heard of BONNIE WILSON? She left a message on FIND A GRAVE, that she missed (I think thats it) her great aunt dora. If we could find out who Bonnie Wilson is, she could probably answer our questions. Can't seem to make a connection with her.
