|Gone But Not Forgotten||Famy memorials|
Thank you for the family transfers. I appreciate it.
|Becky Wilson Thissen||Greenlawn in Burlington|
Lisa did you take tombstone photos of every grave in Burlington?
|Debbie and Eddie||RE: Kohsers|
Thank you for your response! I haven't been able to make a link either. I know that Wayne Zill has a pretty extensive history on the Kohsers. He might have a link that doesn't have a grave, so it isn't here, but is there. (That is his user name here and he is waynecz on ancestry, I believe. But then, you might already know him.) I did a search on their forums and found an old thread where he posted a big piece of our family, Charles Jr.'s history.
They just have to be brothers. They settled the same place and are not far apart in age. But, they could be cousins so I am not going to place them yet either. Do you know when Jacob arrived in Penn.? That could help as well. Sometimes they arrive together, or just a year apart. If I remember, he is the one who dies in one place but is brought back to Penn to be buried. Am I thinking of the right one?
My membership at ancestry isn't active at the moment, but I am dlbrigante over there. I did see a leaf for the ship's manifest on Charles and Catherina. If I put Jacob in my tree without attaching him and reactivate my account, I could see if Jacob has a connection.
Whew. Long winded of me for a public post. Sorry. I think my email address is in my profile. I am on my phone, so not easy to check. I am very interested in following this up because I want to go back one more generation if possible. That would make 4gggg-grandparents for my kids to see their history on their dad's side. Exciting stuff!!
Lisa, I forgot to ask to transfer my aunt's second husband, Jessie E. Kuhn, to me, as well. Can you? Thx

|Fran Wheeler||Desilvia Payne|
I have dates for Desilvia if you'd like to add them. They are from a list of those buried at Locust Grove. birth: 13 Sept 1874; death: 28 Jan 1875.
|RonC||RE: Catherine Geddes|
Thanks for adding the info. I just happened to stumble upon her name in an old obit.
I'm working on creating memorials for some of my wife's family. Catherine's mother and my wife's grandfather were brother and sister (i.e. Catherine and my mother-in-law were first cousins).

|John Padermos||Jacob and Mary Croft Beck|
I had hoped to download the headstones for Jacob and Mary Beck, but it is just a white field with a red x in the upper left hand corner.
Why can't I see the headstones?
Why can't I open it?
|Alice Mae Bodimer||Charles Wesley Bodimer & Della Bodimer|
Are you sure that you have Charles & Della Bodimer in the right Cemetery?
I have them at Clay Chapel, Northup, Gallia Co, Ohio
Am I right or wrong?
