Thank you for the nice note. I am not related to the Hurst family and it is long story as to how I got this memorial. What I sent is all that I have. If you have his desth certificate, that superceedes my information. Glad to able to help out just a little bit. All the best in your research and God bless.
p.s. Does Olive Oyl have anything to do with Popeye and Wimpy etc. As a kid I remeber being in Chicago and having a Wimpy Burger. Yes I do love my spinach .. but I am not any Popeye ..lol

Mary just happens to be my 3rd greatgrandmother. I descend from her son Thomas Jefferson Ozment. If you would like to link her to him his memorial is #76395510. I have needed to go and take pics of her and John W Moore's grave sites for a while. Do they have an actual grave stone? I was under the impression that they may be unmarked.

Olive, Thank you for the kind compliment. I'm very glad you enjoyed my photos. Hollywood is not only a very beautiful cemetery--there is so much rich history there. It's definitely worth spending some time there as well as taking one of their scheduled tours whenever you visit Richmond. Also, you are welcome to use any of my photos if you wish. Thanks again.
