Bio and Links
Bio Photo I like this bio that someone else wrote and it was the very same things I wanted to say.

I have been having computer and email problems

It is through my own genealogy research and My Cousin Sandi that I stumbled across Findagrave, where a volunteer had listed a family pictures of their headstone.
My interest in documenting cemeteries and contributing to Findagrave really took off from there.

It's a pretty great thing to be able
to memorialize our loved ones and ancestors, help others in their genealogy pursuits, and preserve history all at the same time, and
that is what we are able to do
through this website.

Please let me know if you find incorrect information (spellings, dates, etc.)
on any of the memorial pages I have created, or have additional information to be included.

If you find a relative among those I have listed and would like editorial control over their memorial page, I will gladly submit a transfer request to the Findagrave administrators. Just email me and be sure to put "Findagrave"
in the subject line.

Catherine Carbaugh
Catherine was Gr. Granddad John George & Sussanna Stroh Blauser's daughter and sister to gr. granddad Peter Blauser

Catherine was living with her sister Polly in President in 1850. In 1860 she was living in Pinegrove twp. with her Mother Susan Blauser.
In 1900 she was living with her widowed sister, Rebecca Anderson, who was also a widow of Daniel Stover. Then in 1910 and 1920 she was living with her daughter Mary J. (Jennie) Schwab in Pinegrove twp.
Perhaps Rebecca was actually "Betsy?"

Joyce Carbaugh Aiken My Great Great Grandmother was Catherine Blauser who was a sister of Rebecca Blauser. Catherine lived with Rebecca for a period after their husbands died and she is buried in the Fertigs cemetery. She married and had 3 children with Edward Carbaugh: Mary Jane (Paul Schwab), John and William. Catherine was with her husband for a short period, maybe about 10 years before she left with him and spent the rest of her life with family members and finally her daughter Mary Jane(Jennie) Schwab for the last 20 years of her life. Shirley Blauser was a great help with this line!
Let's be honest, some of us have been hurt by people in church. Don't run away from church & God because of people. You will stand before God one day, not them.

Carl William Mead
I would be happy to take over the memorial for Carl William Mead in Washington state. He was my husband's uncle. Thank you for your work with FindaGrave. This website has been a Godsend to me in my genealogy searches.

Lena Lee
I am the great niece of Lena. Her brother, my grandfather, Lars Ostnes, and Lena came to America together. The manifest indicated she was coming to marry Thomas Lee. I have been searching for more information on her for years and years. Thank you so much for taking the photos of her head stone. You are doing a wonderful service to those who can not get to these cemeteries. It is really hard for me as I live in Alaska. Thank you again, Jeanne Ostnes

Kathy Park
Kitsap Co. Cemeteries
I have been looking through cemeteries around my area and see that you have documented a lot of the smaller ones.
I am wondering why when you went to a cemetery - you didn't photograph all the graves ??

I have a friend who does this too and we were thinking of going out and documenting and thought we might go finish the ones that you did that weren't all photographed.

Hope to hear from you soon.
