Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm Pam.
I live in Stillwater, OK.
I love doing research on Payne County, Oklahoma and surrounding counties.

Due to the death of DonZas, I am managing the memorials in Fairlawn Cemetery in Stillwater that he posted. I will be keeping all of the memorials that are in my family tree. And, believe me, there are alot of them.

However, if you wish for me to transfer a memorial to you, send EACH request through the "EDIT" - "SUGGEST A CORRECTION" Link on EACH person's memorial. Please allow time, because I get alot of requests each day.

REMEMBER the Find-A-Grave RULE states:
Transfer requests should be for DIRECT RELATIVES WITHIN FOUR GENERATIONS. This would be your siblings, parents, grandparents, great-grandparents, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

Uncle, Aunts, Cousins, nephews, mother's brother's first cousins, well, these don't count as a direct relative. And, yes, this part is included in the rules.

E-mail me if you have a question or if you have a request that I haven't already uploaded.

I have 2 books called "Cimarron Family Legends" vol 1 and 2. These books contain information that has been compiled by families that settled all around Stillwater and the surrounding towns of the Cimarron River in Payne County. I can look up information on families if you will send me the family name and any other information that I can use. Just e-mail me with the request.

Also, I have photographed and transcribed Ripley Oak Park Cemetery and Mt. Hope Cemetery near Ripley, OK. I don't transfer these memorials, but I will add the information and links if you ask me.

Nora Eaton/Elliott?
I just came across this conflict in Glencoe Cemetery. Based on the information on her stone it seems that Memorial# 152711734 is correct.

Memorial# 11737358
I am searching for a distant relative named Roy Hugh Moore, son of James W. Moore & Nancy Elizabeth Hillhouse, born March 1887, Lawrence Co., Missouri. His parents are buried in Ada, OK. He is the grandson of Gallahugh Hugh Moore, Sr. (brother of my 3-greats grandfather John Williams Moore, Sr.) and Artimissa J. Patton (sister of my 2-greats grandfather Samuel Carroll Patton, so he is a double cousin. Is this the same Roy Hugh Moore?
Thanks for your assistance.

Correct spelling of father's name is Zachariah not Zacariah.

All 7 of the Member Trees have it spelled Zachariah. A public member story on written by Clarence William Clary in 1970 has Zachariah. The 1880 census has Zachariah. The 1870 census has a nickname Gac(?). The 1860 census has Zacariah which I'm thinking was a misspelling by the census taker. A 580 page well documented book "Clary Genealogy" by Ralph & Star Rowland written in 1982 has Zachariah. I have a copy of the book. The 1840 Illinois marriage record to Harriet Wagoner shows the spelling Zachariah. The name appears in the Bible as a prophet and is spelled Zachariah.

Thanks for updating Memorial 12111143
Thanks you for accepting and updating Little Clarence Albert Shelton's memorial # 12111143 at the Fairlawn Cemetery in Stillwater, OK. I have some pictures I took in 2012 of where I think he is buried, next to a cousin. Clarence has no head stone. Thanks again for your work on Find-a-Grave.
