|I have explored the history of my family for more than twenty five years. I am fortunate that my grandparents saved pictures, shared many stories and had an appreciation for the past. Credit also goes to Great Aunt Lucile for getting me started on serious research. It is a treasure hunt that never ends!|
I will be happy to transfer family members to you, if they are not a family member of mine.
April, 2012-- I have completed the addition to Find A Grave, all graves not already listed for Rice Cemetery, Dade County, Missouri, based on the roster from 1974. I have added some that were overlooked in the roster, or were buried later. I tried to find information about every person, and hope I have made a meaningful tribute to each of them.
Winter, 2012-- Cousin Roberta McReynolds and I have completed the addition to Find A Grave, all graves not already listed for Long Cemetery, Dade County, Missouri. Roberta also searched Missouri Death Certificates to document burials without gravestones. We believe we have photographed and added all stones with names on them to Find A Grave memorials.
Fall, 2014-- Roberta and I have completed grave photographs for Shiloh Cemetery, Dade County, MO.

|Klaus Isele||RE: Lucas Flesch|
Sorry I have no info about Julia. But I have additional data from Schelingen (Lucas Flesch), if it is of interest for your friend.
Mathias Flesch, brother of Lucas, seems also buried at Calvary Cemetery. Do you have more info from this cemetery?
Lucas had a sister Maria Anna Flesch. She was married to Adolf Delabar. Some of their children also emigrated to the U.S.:
Gertrud Delabar * 1886 oo 3 November 1907 Manhattan Richard Sigmann
Marie Delabar * 1889 oo 19 July 1908 Manhattan Carl Staiger
Gangolf Delabar * 1894 oo 6 June 1925 Manhattan Monte M Randall oo 16 December 1933 Minerva Carewe
Mathias Delabar * 1877
Anna Delabar * 1890

Is William one of your people? Would you like a transfer?
|Jenna Quigley||Would like to meet in Missouri|
I am coming from Colorado to Springfield after July 26. I know were are related by our crossing family interests in Dade County. I was wondering if we could get together and compare notes. I can be reached at email@example.com or leave a message for Jenna Quigley on Find A Grave. As always, thank you for all your help.
|Marsha Williams Byrd of Missouri||Lutitia Perkins|
I am sorry it took me so long to transfer this Memorial to you. Marsha
P. Jones, Would you have better information on the marriage of Isaac and Ann McClure?
Appreciate any help you can give!

Thanks for the correction on Aunt Nancy's middle initial. I've been puzzled by her middle initial being inscribed as "P.", rather than "J.", as it should be. For whatever reason it occurred, it was definitely a mistake.
Also, thanks much for creating her memorial and for the photos you posted with it.

Thank you so much for the corrections and transfer.
Thank you so much for posting the stone photo for:
Ella Snoddy Ackerman :-)
|Patty Wellman||RE: Christine Jennings|
Since I sent this message, Christine has passed on, in March. She was 101 years old and was a very interesting lady. Thank you
We are then cousins at some degree. I can't find your message again, I think you were a great, great granddaughter of Solomon. If that is correct we are 3rd cousins once removed. . . . . I am always glad to find another cousin! There is always something to be shared.
I have been corresponding with a descendant of Solomon Hayes. Perhaps you have as well. I don't want at this time to give you her name etc. without her knowledge, but I will contact her.
