Bio and Links
Bio Photo I'm a native of Longmont, CO. I'm been interested in genealogy for almost 50 years but I did take time off to raise a family. Research is much easier now then it was 30 years ago. The Denver Library and Federal Archives are not far away and that has been a help.

When I started taking photos my husband didn't come but after a visit to a cemetery that was on a one lane road on the side of a mountain he was hooked. The markers were very old and very interesting, so now he willing walks around a cemetery with me as we locate the markers that were requested. He trims the grass and pulls the weeds around the markers to be sure I get a good photo. We also stop and visit relatives and friends and look at interesting markers. The two remarks on markers I have really liked are "This is the only stone she left unturned." and "I told you I was sick."

You have my permission to use headstone photos that I have posted for your genealogy record.

Meet and Greet
Maybe when you get back in town we could set up a Boulder county meet and greet with all the Find a Grave photo volunteers. You have been a Find A Grave member a long time. I would love to hear some of your stories about being a member that long and your genealogy work.

RE: Henderson
Ok. thank you for responding. I was just sort of looking through all the find a grave memorials for the cemetery and noticed a few duplicates (mostly someone duplicating ones you had already created). It gets confusing when there are a lot of duplicates in a cemetery. Makes it harder to browse through the memorials.

My name is Susan Blount kates, aunt Minnie was my great aunt. Marty was like a brother to my mother ( he was closer to her age than Raymond ). Her name was Ruth Irene duchesne, frank and Grace's only child.

I have all the old family albums and I am going to see how many pictures of the Aunts and uncles I can find. At least once a month we went to see all of them. Please contact me @
