Thank You...

...dear friend Bea, for visiting Sgt. Michael Manno on his Angel Day, and for ALL of your visits to him. I appreciate the fact that you take the time to flower him every day, and I 'Thank You' from the bottom of my heart. I also see that you have him on your Vietnam Veteran's list and I was very touched and honored by that. It brought tears to my eyes....you are so sweet, considerate and lovable, Bea.

I hope you're feeling fine, and that everything is going good for you and your loving family.

Enjoy the rest of your evening, and the upcoming week.

With love and Blessings,
((Hugs))

RE: MANY THANKS!
Aww thank you! I do not mind at all! He is truly missed by many people but missed by me the most. "Daddy's Little Girl" takes on a whole new meaning when it came to us.

I understand what you mean by not being the same. It took my dad many years to come to terms with what he saw there.

Your son was a brave man! Although he is no longer with you here on earth, you still carry him in your heart.

Please accept my apologies but I would like to place a token for him here, but I'm not sure what his name is. If you don't mind, shoot me a message with his name so I can do that.

Again, Thank You for doing that to honor my dad, my hero and best friend.

RE: MANY THANKS!
Hi Beatrice, there is no need to thank me for the tokens I left for the men that made the ultimate sacrifice for us. They were brave to go into battle and unknowingly the worst was about to happen to them. My dad is a Vietnam Vet (3 tours) and he came every time, but saw many of his friends be killed. Sadly he passed away in 2001 from cancer, but his memory lives on through me.

I hope you have a great weekend as well. I'm taking it easy after another long work week!

Woodlawn :: Emory E.Taylor
Hello Bea, now I'm wondering about Emory E. Taylor (10718807) that is buried at Woodlawn/Sumner. I'm wondering if he might be Hiram Monroe Taylor's (1875-1965) son. According to Census Records, Lula Respess Taylor & H.M. Taylor had 6 children. One child is recorded at different times as Edward E, Ewen B, & E.E. all born in the same year as Emory E.(1902-1975). Iím wondering if these names are one and the same. Hope this note finds you well.

RE: Woodlawn :: LV & HM Taylor
LV Taylor was Lula V. Respess Taylor (1874-1949). Lula is the daughter of Marcus (1848-1916) & Lucy Respess. Lula was married to H.Monroe Taylor (1875-1965). I've been in contact with Mack Ely about Woodlawn Cemetery. I'm wondering if there were other Respess family members buried there. Do you know any Taylors that I could be contact with about Lula?

Woodlawn :: LV & HM Taylor
Hello Beatrice-you seem to know a bit about the Taylors buried at Woodlawn in Sumner. Is that correct?
