Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am 11th generation direct descendant of Joseph Loomis who settled in Windsor, Connecticut in 1638. Also of Walter Woodworth who came to Massachusetts in 1634. While researching my geneaology, I "stumbled" upon I am thoroughly enjoying my searches in the cemeteries in northeastern Ohio. Family names I am researching are : Loomis, Woodworth, Johnston, Brady, Irwin, Pardee, Fales.
When I started this "journey" I was entering only family members. However, I sometimes get "carried away" while connecting them with their extended families. So, therefore, I do have some folks who are not related to me in any way. If you see someone who you would like to take management, I will gladly turn them over if they are not part of my own family.

Hello Nancy,
Thank you for posting a picture of the gravesite of Bertha Herrmann! She was one of my mother's aunts. :)

FaG marker of Thomas Grant
Thanks for the nice photo of his grave marker. I did not know him but when I find a portrait of a vet I add it to their Find A Grave memorial and request a grave photo if possible. I also am a Find A Grave volunteer here in eastern Kansas. I appreciate your efforts.

Nancy, I can't get back to where I saw your personal email address. Please write to me at mine: Would love to "chat".
Thank you.
PS I added photos to my son's site this evening. Maybe you would enjoy looking at them. I can't figure out how to get the photo captions up under the photos instead of so far down the page. Any ideas?

Hi Nancy!
My apologies for not seeing your message or email before! I just typed a long email to you, but when I clicked to leave the message, it said it was public. Let's email. You can reach me at I was leaving my cell number for you, but then decided against it. I certainly do remember you. Yes, I would like to have management of my dad's grave. Thank you.
Peggy (Really would love to hear from you. I lived in FL before moving here to Phoenix)

RE: Dye Family
Yes, the certificate certainly gives merit to the memorial. I did some more research and figured it all out. I changed the memorial I have ownership of and wrote a short bio in it. That one was a classic example of copy/paste on! One person listed her maiden name as Dye and then every member after that did as well! Lesson learned here. Thanks for your help! RC

Dye Family
Hi Nancy,
I found a curious memorial tonight (#103539899). I think I have one for the same member but with slight different info? Mine is #37219492. I'm wondering if maybe there was a divorce and a remarriage? The bio you have listed says you found a death cert so maybe that would clear things up? I'm so confused. She's in my family tree as the wife of my second cousin (x2 rem). Any help you could offer would be appreciated, thanks! :) RC

RE: Bushnells
Hey Nancy, indirectly are they relations, Harley's wife Sarah is a Burrill, she was the sister to my GGGrandmother Mary (Burrill) Thayer, that is how they are connected to me. Long as everyone is linked up to siblings, spouses and children I'm good.

Question, do you know if there is a complete listing of burials for Kelloggville somewhere? Im trying to figure out where a Harriet (Laird) Hill is buried, along with her husband Robert. I know she died in 1905 in Monroe. I assume she might be in Kelloggsville as some of her children are...James Bird Hill, and a sister Hannah (Laird) Hill. Just curious if you knew.

Again, I appreciate all the photos you have taken for me over the past couple years.
