HiMarvin was married to Lena Pearl Norwood, my Grand- fathers 1/2 sister. Would you know where she is buried.

Yes, I'm doubly-related - Charles is my 4th great-uncle and his wife Mary (Sebastian) is my 4th great-aunt! Charles' brother James is my 3rd gr-grandfather and Mary's sister Maranda is my 3rd gr-grandmother. I'm trying to find something, somewhere that actually proves (as in, a source other than family lore) that George Henry Tolle is the son of Reuben and Sarah "Sallie" (Tarleton) Tolle. So far, none of the obits indicate anything like that, although I'm going to look for one for George's sister Lovey on my next trip to the state historical society. Would you happen to have anything? I have a copy of the bio on George, but it doesn't reference his father... I'm a member of the DAR, and working on a supplemental line through our Tarleton patriot.

Lindenwood confirmed that he is buried in Section 8, Lot 84 but does not have a tombstone. Barb

Hi, Tina! Would the Charles W Tolle in IL you show as your 4th great-grandfather possibly be Charles Wesley Tolle, son of Reuben and Sarah "Sallie" (Tarleton) Tolle?

On the other side of Rosa's stone is her husband, John. I have a photo of it ready to go if you would wish it. I would like to upload it because his side had a good group of lichens on it. It took us about 15 minutes to clean up and I think, it turned out rather well. If you do this, send me the site #.

Tina, we fulfilled your request today and the pics are on. If you look closely, especially the inversion, that it is an "i" and not a "y". This confirms what the Woodlawn Inscription Book says. It also shows the "A & A" and 1855 as in the Book. If you disagree, let me know and I shall remove the photos.
I had been conversing with C white #46925231 concerning Mr Adams. Do you also have an interest in him?

I was at Old Stone Fort Cemetery in Schoharie, NY this morning and I found a Peter P. Snyder who's dates are 10/27/1774- 5/30/1835. Your request was for a Peter Snyder 1749-1835. Are you sure of your dob? 5/30/1835 Peter's wife was Christina Lawyer. I believe I found and photographed 3 Peter Snyder's today. None matched your date. I will say that there are a lot of Snyder's in that cemetery! Please let me knnow if you think it's the Peter you were looking for :)
