Bio and Links
Bio Photo I am another lover of history and genealogy. After 26 years of research, I have a pretty good idea of how I came to be, and it's been fascinating!

The majority of the memorials that I have posted are of people who are related to me. If you want to ask about them, use either the Edit button on their page or leave a message here. If you send me new information using the Edit button, please make sure that it's based on a good source. I will probably ask you for it.

One request: Please do NOT post death certificates on my memorials. I do not consider them a good use of a picture. Most my memorials already have all the information from the person's death certificate (if it exists). Please do not post any other documents either, such as census pages.

Two of my favorite verses: "For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through Him." (John 3:17) and "Yet to all who received Him, to those who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God." (John 1:12)

RE: Amaryllis Johnson in Martinsburg Cemetery
Hi Suellen,

I am not related to any of this family. I just happened to live near the Martinsburg Cemetery and wanted to document the monuments that are there. I got an email with the research on this family from a relative and this is the site:

Have a great day!

LeRoy Smith Mead
Hi Suellen,
I was wondering if you were related to LeRoy Mead? I've been trying to find more information about him as well as photos.
He is my husband's great uncle.
Thanks for any help you can give.

RE: Clark Family
I'll bring that up with our patron (Mr. & Mrs. Clark) at the FHC who I've been helping with his family research. They have several references to his name being Samuel Thomas Clark. I have trouble with the references they have and have not yet done any research into fold3 or other places to find military records. So I may try some other forms of research to find more information on Samuel. Mr. Clark is the 3rd great-grandson of Samuel and trying to make the connection to a possible Thomas being the father of Samuel with Thomas being born in England. If you have done a lot research on Samuel maybe we should contact each other off Find A Grave? My email is Have a nice day.

RE: Frederick J. Cooledge, Sr.
What goes into managing a site (memorial)? I need to know what I'm getting into before I say yes. Also, if I do decide to take them, how do I get in touch with Quietly Resting to pick up Flavious and Julia? I do contribute things to Find-A-Grave but I've never been a manager before.

RE: Frederick J. Cooledge, Sr.
Hey Suellen. Yes, Frederick J. Cooledge, Sr. was my great grandfather. I come down through his first wife, Lillian "Lillie" Mae Holmes. His second child, Frederick "Fred" Jerome Cooledge, Jr., was my grandfather.
