Bio and Links
Bio Photo Tombstone tourist, taphophile, cemetery enthusiast, graver. I got into this hobby by way of paranormal investigating, then by photographing cemetery and funerary architecture and monuments. I enjoy learning of and photographing historic cemeteries and artistic memorials.

Being former Navy myself I consider it an honor in discovering grave sites of Congressional Medal of Honor recipients and military veterans. And enjoy searching for the occasional celebrities, too.

My favorite cemeteries (so far) are; Inglewood Park Cemetery, Inglewood, Ca., Hollywood Forever Cemetery, Hollywood, Ca., Los Angeles National Cemetery in Westwood, Ca. and Mountain View Cemetery in Alta Dena, Ca.

If there is a memorial of a family member or friend that ive added that you would like transferred please let me know. Also, if you have information you'd like to add to one of my memorials, again, please let me know.

I want to say THANK YOU to my graver friends Kimberly, Jayne, Lisa, Mark, Steve & Louis for all your advice and help. And a BIG THANK YOU to my graver partner, Darla, for all the miles, bad jokes and greasy food. Too much fun!

Charles Schroeter
This man is being moved to the new military cemetery at Miramar. Here is a link to his newspaper article: http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/05/31/civil-war-era-soldier-will-be-buried-with-full-military-honors-nearly-100-years/?intcmp=latestnews

There evidently was no family to claim him and that is why he was interred in a community crypt in Greenwood Cemetery. Thank you for taking the photo on his memorial.

RE: Memorials# 75521471 & 12801030
So sorry, wrong contributor. You maintain the father of this family, Austin Sr, (Memorial# 75521471) not the son & mother above.
Thank you for the update on Memorial# 75521471.

Thank you for the transfers. These are not closely related to me but I will maintain these memorials in hope of finding closer kin. Best wishes to you in your work here.

thanks so much for taking those photos and it's fine to leave what you put on Evelyn's memorial. I really appreciate it.

RE: Pribble & Cox Info
You are most welcome. I appreciate your photos honoring the memory of SAW veterans and I'm happy to be able to sometimes add vital data for them.
