|I have been working on my genealogy since 1983. All of my lines start in Alabama or Missouri and go back to South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Ohio, or Pennsylvania. Most of them traveled through Kentucky, Tennessee or Georgia.|
I am researching the surnames Anthony, Ashlock, Bower, Callahan, Golightly, Gordan, Haddock, Hemphill, Henderson, Houston, Johnson, Long, McConnel, McCoy, McMillan, Means, Newcomb, Polk, Ray, Rutledge, Simpson, Schoonover, Stockton, Taylor, Woodruff, Worthington and several others.

|Kenneth Darby||Wood Family of Greer|
Can you give me all the childrens names of both Rev. Henry Woods. I have him married twice:1)Elizabeth Mayfield; 2)Nancy. I am trying to tie in Benjamin T. Wood to the correct parents and I was wondering if he could be from the second marriage. We have my wife Martha Ann Wood Darby 1935-as a grandniece of Pennewell Wood (S). Have you traced the family all the way through our just your line. I have the Wood Book but there are so many ifs ands and buts, I thought you might have the facts. Appreciate you have on this. The dates that I have with someof the names do not jive.

I also sent Ed Saye a message. Someone did memorials after the ones you two did and spelled last name Cronic. The photo on Ed's is before someone started vandalizing the cemetery and breaking the graves, so hope that one can be saved. Also someone has pored acid or something on some of the grave stones, I guess so they could read the names but it really looks bad. I have done several Unknown graves where someone has taken the entire grave stone, leaving the base. Makes me really sad. There is a Confererate grave there, Pvt. Aaron Parks Stewart.
Thanks for the reply.

No, not related. Had done some previous research on family trees with Hallbauers and it led to this info.--Vickie

Sorry about the photos being on their side, I have corrected.

I've uploaded a photo for Marion. Also on the stone are two Johns, Mildred, Sylvia, Marion Ettman, and Joseph & Marion Hallas. I believe all of these memorials already exist on findagrave, so I'll upload the photo for them. No Charles listed on the stone or anywhere close by.

Hi Dan, What service man was I referring to?
Sorry I have forgotten.
|Vicki Moritz||RE: Houston Memorials|
Yes, I am the daughter of Dan and Bernice Taylor. Naomi Houston was my grandmother. My Brother was Daniel Richard Taylor, and I would like you to edit his memorial if you can. I will update my email addy, as it is no longer right.

Hi Dan, would you be interested in creating a virtual cemetery with links to all the crew members? I can help you create that if you like,
