Bio and Links
Bio Photo I have been interested in genealogy for many years and enjoy meeting newly found family members. Please feel free to contact me if you have found a connection.

Many graves I have posted are non-family members and I would be glad to transfer them to their respective families. I have left a bouquet of purple violets for my non-family entries.

SELNERS
Hi Kathy,
My mothers DNA results and our search for her PA ancestors have lead us to one of the graves you manage. We are still trying to find the exact link, but we do know that she has DNA ancestors of Christian Buzzard and Christian Holdeman. Also, her grandfather is Joseph Selner, born in Ohio.

We would love to know if you have any family history information any of these families anyhow they are related to the families who moved to Ohio.

I actually live in Doylestown , PA where these folks are buried, only by coincidence! So, I could go do some street work if needed. I just don't know where to look!

What is your connection to these graves?

Delua Johnson 5337518
Hi Kathy-

I am looking for more info on my Oscar and Delua - and his parents, William Carl Johnson and Mary Fry. I have been looking for my Louisa Johnson family for many years and I believe my Louisa Johnson, was the grandmother of Oscar. I am trying to verify Louisa's husband- which would be Oscar's grandfather, possibly named Abel. Any clues?

I have parents of Oscar as William and Mary. Please let me know if you are interested in discussing this family further. I would love confirmation of William's father.

Thank you!

RE: Holdeman photos
I agree. When they first appeared I asked that the pages to be removed from my close ancestors and they were removed. The rules prohibit scans of newspaper articles or obituaries. I will contact an editor concerning the pages.

Jack Frazier
Newt Rowland
I am looking for information about Newt and whether he was a US Marshall or not. I can't find anything but have only just begun. Newt was my great-grandfather. Jess Rowland, Neva's half brother was my grandfather.

Hawxby
Kathy,

I'm looking for information on a Jack Hawxby who graduated from the Melcher Dallas school. All I know about Jack is he was adopted and passed away in 1984. He was in the CCC from July 1934 to March 1938. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you,
Julie Thomas

RE: Elizabeth Stumpf Young & Jacob Young
The direct descendant of Elizabeth and Jacob has proof that they are buried in the Old Young cemetery. I don't have that proof with me, but she has found them and restored the stones there.

Elizabeth Stumpf Young & Jacob Young
Thanks for your reply. Yes, Elizabeth and Jacob have stones in the Old Young cemetery (it has a few other names as well). They were incorrectly listed in the Ledford-Young cemetery but have stones in a very small family cemetery now listed as the Old Young Cemetery.

Thanks!

Eva
