How nice that you own land where a Carl and Otto Sederberg once lived and you use their old sink, as that seems to be important to you. I am not sure why you tell me that as it has nothing to do with my contacting you.
I have brought up numerous things, facts and conclusions that I cannot seem to get you to address. I have asked you to remove the 2nd profile that you installed years after I entered the original profile for my grandmother and you will not address that either. I have offered to include info about the fact that Leah's mother, Lucy married Fabian in 1901 and then Lucy died in 1907. As a matter of fact that info is already there. I offered to put in any information you have that proves various connections to Leah and you do not address that. You refer to a Leah Sederberg death certificate and there is not such a thing. It is the Leah Hill Christman death certificate and the informant is Card Cederberg, her 1/2 brother. It stands to reason that Carl would put this down because Fabian had Leah around from the age of 3 till at least 1907 and I would presume he acted as a father to her. However, as I stated before, when Leah married she gave her maiden name as Leah LaForce--NOT Sederberg. Raising her does not make him a biological or legal father. This is my grandmother, not yours and I want her information to be correct and if Fabian was a part of her life I will be happy to note that. You have not stated that you are a relative of Leah--Only that you use a sink her mother's husband's family had and live on or near land where they once lived. If I cannot get you to respond to what I am saying I will have to attempt other ways of solving this problem. You are making this a much more difficult situation than it needed to be.

RE: Leah LaForce Hill Christman
I appreciate the change, however, there is all kinds of info reading down the profile, referring to Fabian Cederberg/Sederberg as Leah's father. Listing siblings Maude and Clarence who were not Lucy's children, therefore not Leah's siblings. Carl was Lucy's only other child, making him Leah's 1/2 brother.

Findagrave also states that there should not be second entries for the same person.

As I said, if you have proof of something I am not aware of--it should be submitted to me and as caretaker I will decide whether or not to include it. If you do not agree with my decision you would have the right to contact findagrave. This is my understanding of the correct way to do the findagrave profiles.

If you have info about Leah's life with the Sederbergs which you would like included in my profile I would be happy to consider it. I can only guess what you might want, but it could be something along the lines of (Leah moved to the Sederberg house in 1901 when her mother married Fabian and she had other children from his first marriage and later a 1/2 brother (Carl) to play with). It is important to me to have the info as correct as possible since this was MY grandmother. Because of her dying at age 32 I never got to meet her and the least I can do is try to get things right. For some reason it seems to be important to you too and I am trying to understand since you offer no reason for me to think I am wrong in my conclusions and your only connection seems to be that you now own land that Fabian once owned. At least it is the only one you have given me.
I would be happy to be enlightened. Marian Lee Hill Pierson MLeePierson

Leah LaForce Hill Christman
Eva,
I wrote to you in Aug of 2014 and again Oct 25 & 26 of 2014. While working on my paternal grandmother (Leah) whom I wrote to you about before, I discovered that you have entered a 2nd profile on the 28th of Oct. 2014,in findagrave.com, but giving her a partially different name than the one I submitted. I am sure you had seen the profile I started 2-16-2011, as you used the picture of Rosehill Cemetery I had provided. In case you have not read that is not supposed to be done. If you had info or changes you should have contacted me. If you have some proof that Fabian Sederberg did indeed adopt Leah I would love to hear of it. I did ask you before if you knew anything that I did not and you told me you were interested in her because the Sederbergs or maybe just Fabian owned your property at one time. While I cannot prove my beliefs regarding her father, I doubt that Fabian adopted her. He probably treated her like a daughter and being just 3 yrs. old she may have even called him daddy, but that does not make him her biological or legal father. She put her name on her marriage license some years later as Leah LaForce--NOT Sederberg and her 1/2 brother Carl, by Fabian, knew her to be his 1/2 sister according to Carl's wife, Ruby. She was also born in 1898 and Lucy & Fabian were not married till 1901, his being married to another lady in 1898 and who died in 1900. I do realize that does not prove anything, but does add to the mounting evidence. I choose to believe my father, (Leah's son) & my mother who knew Leah to be Carl's 1/2 sister and not the biological child of Fabian. Unless you can prove and submit the evidence to me, I would appreciate it if you would eliminate the profile for Leah that you recently put on findagrave.
I thank you in advance for your anticipated cooperation. Marian Lee Hill Pierson MLeePierson

Evergreen Hill Memory Gardens Cemetary, Steger, IL
Hi Eva,

Would you happen to know if the list of Internments for Evergreen Hill Memory Gardens is a complete listing of all the graves in the cemetery? I ask because I remember my Great Grandfather Bernhardt Krause #138448211 taking me through there as a teenager and showing me several family graves long before most of the graves I am aware of on the site were placed there. This would have been several years prior to his death in 1994.

I have located at Evergreen:
Bernhardt Krause #138448211
Mathilda Hering Krause #138448333 (Berhnardt's Wife)
John Frederich (Fred) Hering #70698652 (Mathilda's Father)
Donald K Krause Sr #98433170 (Bernhardt and Mathilda's son)
Josephine LaCorte Krause #138443181 (Donald Sr's Wife)
Donald K Krause Jr #13844393 (13844393 (Donald Sr's & Josephine's Son)
Michale T Krause #98433123 (Donald Sr's and Josephine's Son)

By this list, the only deceased at the time my Great Grandfather took me to the cemetery would have been Mathilda and her father John Frederich. I believe there would have been others with he surnames Krause (like Bernhardt's parents August and Minnie) and Hering (John Frederich's wife Sophie). I did go through every name listed under internment and didn't recognize any other family names, so am wondering if that list is even complete yet. Thank you for any information you can provide!
