I have been served by many volunteers over the years, without whom I would be surrounded by brick walls (I have been tracing my family history since 1972). Professionally and academically I am a scientist and my passion is to prove my facts; my sore spot is posted "facts" with no citations for the proof.

I am a Vietnam veteran and I travel a LOT in my business. I frequently visit cemeteries in the towns and cities I visit and almost always have my camera with me (although the battery is often dead).

I am addicted to genealogy (and if I'm going to be addicted, this is my drug of choice) and take the opportunity to add a little to the on-line community when I can. Besides, I find the exercise of walking cemeteries around this great country to be pleasant as well as productive. You meet the nicest folks in cemeteries!
