If you contact me, please take a moment to say hello, good morning, or hey how are ya. On occasion I get "suggest a correction" notices that are brief, abrupt, and unfriendly in tone and seem more like robot communication than actual human beings. It's a personal pet peeve and I don't react well to those sorts of messages. A little simple human courtesy goes a long way with me.|
I research my family history in southwestern and south central Pennsylvania for the most part, although I live in northeastern New Jersey. Counties of interest include Bedford, Blair, Franklin, Fulton, Somerset, Westmoreland, Cambria, Fayette, Washington, Indiana, and others.
PLEASE: If you request an interaction with me, whether to discuss a memorial or request a transfer, please do not be "Anonymous" and not provide any means to contact you. I recently had someone request a transfer but when I tried to contact the person, was told that the submitter was anonymous and there was no way to leave a public message for him or her. I'm not comfortable with this method of communicating. Thanks.
PLEASE: If you write to me via "Suggest a Correction" PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE provide me with evidence in the form of some kind of documentation for any edits you'd like me to make. This is especially true if I don't already know who you are. It's not possible for me to simply accept what someone out of the blue tells me is valid without sources, documentation, proof or some other compelling argument. Sorry to sound like a grouch, but that's just the way my work goes.

No problem. I enjoy taking the pix for my hobby. I'm almost done with West Goshen cemetery. I just have sections 2 & 3 yet to complete. So far I have added about 1100 sites to Find a Grave there.

|Kenneth Caldwell||William R. Caldwell|
My Name is Kenneth Caldwell I found your grave site for William R. Caldwell. After reading your biography for William, I have a request for you. Will you please put William’s father, Samuel Caldwell’s grave site memorial #86549898, also his mother Elizabeth Donaldson’s grave site memorial #86553279 under family links. By doing this, he will be connected to his ancestors and lots of cousins.
My computer tells me that William R. Caldwell is my 2nd great uncle. Maybe you and I are related somewhere in the Caldwell Tree.
Are you related to Joseph Caldwell, MD? Joseph died Jun 9. 1811 and is buried in the Oak Ridge cemetery. I don’t have Joseph in my Caldwell genealogy files.
Michael where do you live? I live in central California, in the Sierra Mountains at the 4000ft level.
Bye for now,
Kenneth Caldwell Find A Grave ID #47745987.

Just to let you know, the Goshen Public Library has a listing for West Goshen Cemetery. In that book it has the birth and death dates for Jeremiah & Amanda. I have put in an edit for both in Find a Grave.
