|If you want a transfer, use the edit button or I will not do them. I do not do searches by memorial number.|
I had a person today that the above statement shows a bad attitude. Of course he had deliberately duplicated 13 memorials and refused to delete. FAG was notified! But the above statement is in compliance to Find A Grave rules. Sending a message on the message page is not the correct way to do it. I do not know who you are requesting and the edit box is one click away. We folks who place memorials here have done the work they want. Any others is on good manners to treat contributors the way you want to be treated.

|L Ferree||Samuel Goode Jr photo|
Thanks for you message suggesting that the photo was incorrect. Samuel Jr actually shares a stone with his father. His father's name is at the top, his is listed below it.

|Jenny Disque||Scott/Rembert/Hall in Oakview|
My description may not be the best. The graves are not in the Jewish section and they are on higher ground closer to the main street. I was there in November 2013. The obelisk is about 4' high. That is Elizabeth Rembert Scott's marker. Next to her is her younger sister Martha Rembert with a smaller obelisk. There are other flat graves and a very low wall around marked Hall. Directions; when you drive in from the street and the new office for Riverview and Oakview is on the right. Go passed the office and turn left on the first main "street". Straight ahead you will see a large cluster of trees in the distance on the left and they seem to be on higher ground. The graves are located on the left BEFORE you get to those trees and about half way up toward the street. There is a small "street" that go up there. My sister and I walked that cemetery one day to find it since the office at that time did not know the location. Thank you so much.
Thank you very much for the transfers, Ms. Darbyshire. I really do appreciate it! Would you like for me to transfer you some memorials in return? Let me know.

Yes it is the same person...the little stone was on the back side of the big one in the shade!
That was the best way I could get it to read.

Thank you so much for the transfers.
|Dianna Flynn||Transfer Still Not Working|
When I go the memorial the only thing next to the edit button is a share button. I don't think I can do the transfer since it is not mine to transfer. I think you may have to do the transfer.
|Dianna Flynn||Question on Transfer|
I must be doing something wrong on these transfers, please advise.

I went to the edit and selected what I thought was correct but nothing happens.
|Jerry Hood||Sally Ash|
Sally's husband Charles worked at the saw mill with my dad Homer Hood. I knew both of them. I emailed Sally's daughter-in-law and here is what she has to say:
"I have a Bible with what I think is Sally's writing. It says Charles Arthur Ashe and Sara Frances Silvey was married September 8, 1929 It is spelled Sara. As long as I knew her she was "Sally" never heard her referred to as Sarah"
The reason you couldn't put anything on the memorial is because I maintain her memorial.I will be glad to add a comment to her memorial If you would email me the comment.
Thank you for your suggestion,
