Hello fellow find-a-gravers,|
To request transfer, please do not post your request here in the comments section. I ask that all transfer requests be made through the official "suggest a correction" mechanism. Just go to the memorial, click "edit", then click the last option which lets you send a free form request. That sends me a link to the memorial, which helps ensure I process the correct one, and also sends me your member number so I don't have to go look it up. This saves me two or three steps, and helps me be accurate.
Excluding my own kin and special memorials, all of my memorials are up for grabs. If you are kin, you should have them imo. If no kin comes forward, then anyone who has a connection. Maybe you live next to the cemetery? Maybe you went to school with him/her? Maybe I have one of your old co-workers. You get it :) Just ask!
If you are also adopting out your memorials, I would happily adopt any of my main family surnames in the United States: Claussen, Crawford, Fox, Pennington, Petersen.
Thanks, and may God bless you immensely today!
This is the day the Lord hath made. I will rejoice and be glad in it! (and not spend the whole day working on findagrave! LOL )

Hi Deb~ I see that you put a death certificate on Andrew's memorial. I'm assuming you are family of his. I would like to visit with you him.
I'm a member of the Long family first from Virginia then on to Tennessee. My 3rd great grandparents, had a son named James Long. I'm wondering if there is any connection to the James Long who's listed on this memorial? We know he and his wife, Sarah lived in Arkansas at one time and may have moved to Missouri. Do you have any information on your James Long? I would appreciate any information you have. Thanks and have a pleasant evening. Phyllis 'Long' Rhodes

Deb: Could you post your photo of great grandfather Frederick (Memorial# 91816270) to his Family Tree page (or send to me to do if no copyright issues)? Here is a link to his page: https://familysearch.org/tree/#view=ancestor§ion=details&person=KPHL-9X9&spouse=LH18-RRR

Deb - no worries!! I appreciate your working with me so nicely - Its a big job and your help and willingness to work is so nice to have. I did send Jacki a note to ask her to remove hers with an explanation that yours were not spelled right, but older, and with pics. I am sure she has no problem with that....I certainly understand!!
