Born October 28, 1954 at Samaritan Hospital in Macon Mo. (Family living in Bevier,MO.)

Father: William Robert (Willie) Cross
Mother: Nellie Margaret Dawson

Including myself, William & Nellie had 7 children (5 boys, 2 girls)

Myself: Lived in Bevier, Mo. since birth.
Education: 1-8 Bevier C-4
High School: Bevier High School 4 yrs.
NMSU (name changed later to Truman
State - 2 yrs.
Occupation: Since 1973 with Burlington Northern R.R. which merged with Santa Fe R.R. to form BNSF Railway

One thing that has really struck me when I started checking the family tree is how so many different individuals down through the years from so many parts of the country and from other countries can meet, marry, have children and end up with one single individual.

Any photos i may post here at Find A Grave, I consider them to be available for anyone to use in what manner they wish (to copy, download, or use on their memorial pages, personal family trees,to share, etc.)

The only thing I ask is that it not be for profit but rather for helping each other in your search for family.

I would be glad to transfer management of any memorials I have posted if anyone has a relationship or a closer relationship than what I have, just ask.

RE: Samuel Grover Dennis - Woodlawn Cemetery - Macon, Mo.
Yes, I took that picture at Woodlawn Cemetery in Macon, Macon County, Missouri. I was taking several pictures that day and have uploaded them to be shown in the cemetery I took them. Have no idea anything about him.

Brown Cooley Lucas correction
Thanks for helping to solve the question of Flossie B Brown or Flossie C Day. I believe your suggestion is correct. I think I have corrected what I posted and asked for corrections to be made to the rest of the linked people in these two families. Please check to see if you see any other corrections needed and let me know.

We can only make things better by proofing and suggesting edits to everyone else's work. Thank you.

Tommy Terrell
Thanks for the death info. I have added it to Tommy's memorial. I checked and Dallas County is north of Greene County, but the death could have occurred in either county. Maybe a relative will see the memorial and be able to help.

Thank you for adding the headstone photo of my direct ancestor in Locust Grove Cemetery. I previously believed she didn't have a marker because she wasn't found in the cemetery record I had. God bless!

Otto Cress
Hello Norman,

Thanks for the info on Otto but it looks like a duplicate memorial so I deleted it. I appreciate your input.

RE: Ballenger - Skinner Cemetery
Do you remember the verbiage you wrote for the description of the cemetery? It was very good. Thanks again for all the transfers

Wow Norman Thank You so much. I was just going to ask for a few. And you transferred the whole fam damily! You didn't have to do that but I appreciate it. Do you know who owns the land that the cemetery sits on?
