Thanks for taking the time/effort to photograph his stone. The OE one had just his name and little else (it was fd a couple of feet, vertically, down in the dirt) but Bill Scott and I fd/dug it up.
I felt req'd to have the U.S. Gov't supply a more suitable mon. back in 1996.

How might I take over responsibility for his memorials? We share common ancestors.
Thanks - Researcher

Putting a picture in the picture spot on memorials to tell us no picture is available, shows up on the interment lists as being a picture for that memorial. Makes hunting for memorials with actual pictures very difficult.
|Tammy & Timothy||Dinwiddie Family Cemetery|
I was trying to locate the Dinwiddie Family Cemetery and fulfill your photo requests but I am unable to find any info on the location. Do you have any more information?
|Diane Gravlee||Elizabeth Madison cemetery found|
I mis-spoke in my earlier message. It wasn't William Madison, but his wife, Elizabeth Madison that you have in unknown cemetery that is actually listed in the Madison Cemetery memorial #112425437. Please work with other manager to merge your two memorials and place Elizabeth in her proper cemetery.
|Diane Gravlee||Your William Madison memorial|
Sent this email June 29th & have had no response. Please consider sending your data to other manager and deleting yours. This is an extended member of my family & it is confusing to have two memorials.
Find A Grave contributor Diane Gravlee has made a suggestion to you regarding your Find A Grave memorial for William Madison.

Look at memorial # 112425437. I believe it will tell you where William Strother Madison is buried. You may want to work with the manager of that memorial to merge your info and delete one of them. His wife is also buried here. Both have grave photos.
