Bio and Links
Bio Photo I've been tromping through cemeteries since I was a little girl! Every vacation included a visit to some cemetery for my family researching mother! I guess I inherited the same gene as now that I'm an adult genealogy is my passion!
If I have posted a memorial for one of your ancestors please let me know. I'm happy to transfer them to you. Happy searching!

RE: Elsie Marie Brane
Yes, that is the page I found it on. That page is very interesting and I will undoubtedly glean further info from it for the Botkin relation. I just thought that picture of Elsie was sweet and it is such a sad story, that folks would probably welcome having that info. Thanks for all that you do!

I forgot to add that there is a photo of her in a stroller on and if you google the Botkin name and find the particular webpage.

Elsie Marie Brane
Hello. This child is a descendant of the Botkin Family and I found on one of their web pages that she was less than ten months old when she died. She was crawling on the floor and found a button, and like most children that age put it in her mouth and she choked to death. Very sad, but I thought you might like to add these facts to her page.

RE: George Walter Botkin
Thanks for your reply. I will attempt to find a means to get in touch with the one who provided the photo.

On the findagrave page for the above-mentioned there is a photo of tombstone at the bottom of the page (the last one going down of the three photos) that is indistinguishable. Do you know what stone this is? Thanks

John Minnear
Thanks, Lisa, for the info you posted on John Minnear (wife Mary Jackson). He's my 4x's great grandfather through his son William H. Minnear. I, too, am a genealogist and always hit a road block with John Minnear especially who he married. This is a good lead. Thanks again. If you have any other info, you can let me know in my e-mail below.
All the best!
