Hi and welcome to our FAG site everyone. We have made so very many friends and family since we had joined FAG. We live in WV where we intertwine with the our direct heritage lines. |
Pack's, Lilly's, Harvey's, Farley's, Swopes, Ellison's, Dunbar's, Cooper's, Mann's, Meador's etc. Finding our direct lines has been an adventure that we never thought we would be able to connect with again. We thank everyone who has helped us with our searches to do a connection. Here is where the past and the present generations meet again on earth.
If I had made an error with a duplicate of anyone's site which was made up before me, please copy what info I have inserted and let me know which I need to cancel out. The same goes likewise as making up another site because of being placed in the wrong cemetery. Just let me know and I will place the site in the right cemetery. I am up in years now and genealogy has always been my pastime with references. We have many cemeteries in Summers County with same surname and different locations. She is also honored and selected by the members of the Summers County Historical Society as their pro-temp secretary when Mr. Will's is absent from the meetings.
We are all one of God's children so please behave like HIS child.
Find a Grave Rules are important to adhear to for the people who had already worked so very hard to set up an existing site. Because of an error to be corrected please follow the rules by informing the site manager of the site...me. Thank You.

|Russell E Bennett Jr||Memorials in Incorrect Cemeteries|
Hello, I brought these to your attention once before some time ago and for whatever reason no action was taken. So posting this here. You have a number of memorials posted in the Richmond Cemetery, Raleigh County which is curretly listed as having 49 burials and a map. All of these should go to the Richmond Cemetery, Sandstone, Summers County currently with 285 memorials and a map and cemetery photo. In addition, all of these memorials you posted in the incorrect cemetery have memorials listed in the correct Richmond cemetery with photos of headstone. I know the Richmond Cemetery in Raleigh County quiet well and these burials are not there. I shall give you the name and memorial number followed by the memorial number of the correctly placed memorial. Please move your memorials to the correct cemetery or delete them. Thanks.

You have listed a Raleigh Eanes at Greenbrier Burial Park in Summers Co., WV. You have the death listed as 1911. Did you find the date on the stone or did you use other source information. I have reason to believe you may have death date of a Raleigh Hill Eanes and NOT a Raleigh Eanes born abt 1820 and died 1870 who is known to have died in Summers County. Raleigh Hill Eanes died either in VA or NC. Would you please verify your information. I can be contacted at firstname.lastname@example.org

|Joe Buckland||RE: Re: Hampton Buckland|
Yes, Hampton was my grandfather. He died before I was born, unfortunately, so the gravestone in that little cemetery is the only real physical link I have to him.
Looking through your profile, I notice that you are very active and have many Bucklands who are my relatives.
I would like to thank you for putting forth all of the effort you have. If I can help you in any way, let me know. Thanks.

Sadie E. Ellison (maiden name Tilley) #90054523 is daughter of Emmett Monroe Tilley (1891–1930) #50263824 and Lura Ann Bailey (1890–1974) buried in Wyatt Cemetery in Spanishburg, Mercer County, West Virginia, USA. Can you help me link them?

Grover Cleveland Bailey #89878196 is the son of Leroy Floyd Bailey #8142895 and Nancy E. Garrison or Garretson (1860 – 1895)
I volunteer to manage his memorial. Can you please link the two?
|Jeanne Jain||RE: # 73247390 Elizabeth Marsh Pack|
I am very sorry for this late reply. I don't believe I ever transferred Elizabeth Pack's memorial to your family as I see today my name is still there. If you still want me to do so, please let me know. Thank you.

I do not have a picture of her, do you? Do you have the One arm bill family tree or want one?

|EveyBl||Noah and Sarah Harvey|
Hello, I see that you manage the memorials for Noah Harvey (#77038274) and his wife, Sarah Wilson Harvey (#87273850). There are no photos of the graves or information regarding the inscriptions. Are the headstones present or missing? Is there additional information on the cemetery records? Also, would you consider transfering their memorials to me? I have photos of each of them (though they indeed look quite ancient in the photos!), as well as some additional information, that I would like to add to the memorials. Thanks for your consideration.

Hi again Please see caption under tombstone I added for these two memorials. They are in his fathers cemetery, One Arm Bill Lilly Cemetery (just a little ways from Lilly/Crews cemetery in Nimitz). Photo from grand daughter Alice Reed. Note the trees in background. vernon
