Bio and Links
Bio Photo Retired military. Genealogy is a passion but I slow down when football season arrives. Willing to help others as much as possible. I focus on my Stewart roots (West Virginia and Pennsylvania) and the Marshall family on my mother's side (Virginia).

I have photo documented local cemeteries in my area of James City County, Charles City County, Williamsburg and York County, VA. I am currently working on cemeteries in Surry, Sussex, Isle of Wight and Southampton Counties, VA.

I have also photo documented several cemeteries in the Hilton Head Island, SC, Kitty Hawk (Dare County), NC and Leavenworth, KS areas while on vacation.

If I have added a memorial for one of your family members just let me know your Find A Grave member number and I will transfer it to you.

RE: Thank you
De nada; you're welcomed, Ron...kinda an odd mistake (which I've been know to do, too...especially when I'm researching in the wee hours :°) for Albinita Page as Rael is a fairly common Hispanic name...glad you now know for sure what happened!

Thank you so much for your posting of this gravesite. Chubby was a dear friend of my father's ~ no relation (unfortunately) but a very special man.

Thank you for all you do!

Hi Ron,

I'll have to go through Find A Grave admins to get it done. I'll put it on my todo list.

Thanks ever so much...
You are quicker than quick. Thanks again. With a new edit feature I always copy and paste the reminder to folks. I should take the time to check their profile. I'm always doing a bunch of these. ...thanks bunches and bunches

"How ARE YOU, Mr. Stewart?” This is what Mr. Marshall would have said to you (and perhaps did). He would be most grateful to you for the edits you suggested. I had intended to get back and correct the middle name and date of death, but I had misplaced his obituary and put it off. (I will soon post what was written about him at the time of his death. Thank goodness I found it attached to a story I wrote about this fine gentleman and scholar.) I was particularly pleased to receive his parents name, and to be able to make the link between them. Again, I know Mr. Marshall would be pleased.
Many thanks!

RE: Thanks
Ron;
Thank you very much for your note. It is refreshing to get positive feedback.
It is clear now that the duplicates came about when they merged cemeteries.
I have seen this many times before.
I will ask Findagrave to run their De-Duper on this cemetery.
BTW; I too believe having a memorial or grave documented in the wrong cemetery is much more of a concern than a mere duplicate.
Best Regards;
Ross, NM
