Bio Photo We reside in Jacksonville, Florida but travel through Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia frequently.

We began our genealogy searches for both our families and realize that every person you meet in person or on the internet could be someone that gives you that one piece of family history you've been searching for.

We wanted to be able to help others find their loved ones and will try to get pictures whenever possible.

R.L. Carroll photo request--Find A Grave Memorial# 141214171
Hello,

I have look on Ancestry.com and I found an memorial for B.F.Carroll 1845-1917. Find A Grave Memorial# 17123490. Pvt Benjamin Langly Carrol is the name on the memorial.

It shows B.F. Carrol on the stone but the memorial reads Benjamin Langly Carrol. B.F. or B.L. or R.L.???

I am not sure if R.L. Carroll and B.F. Carroll are the same person.

So sorry for not getting back with you sooner. Can you help figure out if all the about initials are the same person?
Thanks,
Karen

Charles C. Hunt 1860-
If you aren't related to him, and don't mind giving him up, I'd love it if you would consider transferring ownership to me. He's my wife's 2x-great grandfather. He's #38405274

Maggie Towslee
Hi,

Thank you for letting me know about Maggie's stone.
She is buried near the Crapos. Her maiden name was Crapo and both her parents are in the Old Jacksonville cemetery as well.

Thanks again!! I really appreciate it.

Re: There is a listing for Maggie Towslee/Towsles in this cemetery. However, there is indication that her resting place has no marker and the exact location is unknown. Could she be buried near any other family members we might be able to locate?

Thank you so much for this photo. It was great to see the CSA insignia. Now we know which side he fought on.

Thanks again
