Bio and Links
Bio Photo After 30 years teaching in the classrooms of Texas public schools I retired at the end of May, 2005. I am fascinated by genealogy, and I spend quite a lot of time doing family research. I am now Director of Nancy Nail Memorial Library in Mart, TX. My husband and I have been married 32 years. I have a wonderful son and two great step-sons, two daughters-in-law and 8 grandchildren: 1 grandson and 7 granddaughters.

After my Daddy passed away in 2009, I was elected to serve in his place on the board of directors of the Prairie Hill Cemetery Association, Limestone County, Texas. My husband is the president of the Kirk Cemetery Association, Limestone County, Texas.

RE: Oak Ridge Cemetery
You're quite welcome. Such sadness for the parents in the loss of three young children. Thanks for your note.

RE: Shaddox Cemetery
You are very welcome. It's a beautiful cemetery although on a dirt road. If you ever get a chance to go to the area you should try to see it in person. :)

Karl Spruiell, 58774040 @ Mexia Cem.
Evening Pat,
Since U maintain his marker, what I just posted on Findagrave may be of interest to you, just FYI.
I have been searching for his burial site for 2 years and this appears to be a dead end.
Later, James Coston

Roxie Carmichael Posey Tate
Why do you have her as the daughter of Patrick Asbury Carmichael? She is on the 1900 census with
Robert Carmichael as his daughter, with the son-in-law, J. W. Tate and her Posey children. Patrick didn't get married until 1868 and she was born in 1867. A Michael Robert Posey is trying to prove his lineage to join the SCV. Diane Jones

nora williams 1877-1918
Nora Williams would be my great grandma on my dad's side. My dads 84 years old. She was wife of William Preston Prock. I was wanting to know if you had any information on her and perhaps her place of burial. Any information will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.

Minnie Inez Ferguson Bowman Spruiell
Thanks Pat !! I made some changes , added her middle and maiden name and linked her to Rev. Spruiell. I also changed her last name to Bowman Spruiell , which I do not like to do. It makes it harder for people to find the memorials. If You get a chance check and see if I got it correct. If You find out the links' for Minnie's parents , Please let Me know. I hope You are having nice weather. Or at least better than We have been having here. Wish We could bottle up this rain and send it to California....

Minnie Bowman Spruiell / 12128993
Hi Patricia. I noticed that You had left a comment on Benjamin Bowman's page. So could You tell Me more? Was her maiden name Minnie Inez Ferguson ?
Could You tell Me who her parents were? And what Spruiell was she married to ?

If You could send Me the information , I would love to add the links.

Robert Todd
I thought I'd found the Robert Todd you were looking for, but after further research I deleted the photo as it seemed I'd just found the very deteriorated stone for Robert S. Todd. If you put your photo request back up, I'll try again next time I'm out there. Any additional info (middle initial?) would be helpful.
