|Charles Gholson||RE: Via Cemetery, Hickman County, KY|
Starting from Fulgham, which is at the intersection of Hgwy. 307 and 58, travel east on Hgwy. 58 for approx. 2 miles and then turn north (left) on Hgwy. 3061. You will find Via road on your left about 3/4 mile north of 58. I am pretty sure there is a green Via Road sign there. Via Cemetery is at the end of Via Road less than a 1/2 mile off 3061. This is a fairly good gravel road and you should be able to drive all the way. While there, be sure to notice a couple very large Chestnut trees about the center of the cemetery.

I'm happy to pass these along. I'll send you a detailed email about photo cred and all. Hang on to your hat. ;)
I truly appreciate the knowledge and kind words you wrote me about Fort Donelson and my relative William. I'm sure he died in the battle because he never came back to his wife in Mississippi. I'll make a note of your email to his memorial.
Mike in Arkansas.

You are welcome and you are also quite welcome to use the photo with or without crediting me as the photographer. I just enjoy documenting these old monuments before they are lost to the ages.
