I have been doing genealogy research on my family (Cocker, Maier, Peak & Sayers) for 30 years or so - mostly from Philadelphia. Within the past few years I have also been working on identifying and photographing the burial locations of Delaware Civil War veterans, Delaware Spanish American War veterans, and US Colored Troops (Civil War) veterans who were from Delaware. With this info I am helping to populate on-line databases. I am also a member of The Genealogical Society of Pennsylvania, Delaware Genealogical Society, Delaware Historical Society, and the Board of Directors of Friends of Historic Riverview Cemetery (Wilmington).|
If you note any errors in any of my listings, please feel free to contact me. Also, I will be happy to transfer any of the memorial pages that I created, just let me know. Any of the photos that I have added to Find A Grave may be used for genealogical purposes.

|Don Holt||RE: Anna Mary Cocker Holt|
The middle name was taken from a family tree in Ancestry.com. I took a look at the supporting data I have on my tree and could not find anything indicating that Mary was a middle name. There are records that show a "C" as middle initial, and am updating this memorial to show that. If you have any other information just let me know and I will take a look at it.
Thanks for being observant!

|TMAIO||Domenica Lambiase Maiorano---Memorial #33172667|
Domenica was my husbands grandmother.
She is not buried in Silverbrook Cem., Wilmington, De.
She is buried in a crypt in Cathedral Cem., Wilmington, De. Being of the older Italian generation, she had a fear of snakes and wanted to be buried above ground. The stone in Silverbrook Cem. lists others including her husband that are buried in the plot.
Kindly add this information to her name that she was buried in Cathedral rather then Silverbrook where originally planned.

Tedd, Thank you for the photo of Erma's marker. Your help is appreciated.
|Fred Grunwald||A. Norman Schlinsock - Riverview Cem.|
Thank you for visiting Riverview Cemetery. I feel bad that you came back empty-handed and want you to know that I appreciate your effort. Thought since he was a veteran, he would certainly have a marker. I was obviously wrong.
