Hi Sondra, I am researching some of the McKay line and came across your Find A Grave memorial for Jacob McKay. You have listed Viola Singletary Windham as a spouse to Jacob....not sure this is correct, but would love to know what relationship is between these two people. I have a copy of Viola Singletary Windham's death certificate. Many years ago while searching for a Viola Windham in my line, I sent for this DC in error.
My relationship to the McKay line is through Florrie McKay Holloman. Florrie was married to Robert Otis Holloman. I believe Florrie was a daughter of Charles E. and Annie Strickland McKay. I believe Charles was a son of Jacob and Jane McKay. I am also a friend of Woody McKay Jr. Had no idea until recently that our family lines intersected.

Thanks, again, Sondra, for your valuable contribution to our family genealogy. It's been great sharing our family info and meeting you and your extended family. This is one of the greatest things the "internet age" has done for me. Thank you......!!!!!!!
Thank you for taking the photos of Harry DeBerry and others at the Willow Creek Cemetery in South Carolina. Your efforts are appreciated!
