Bio and Links
Bio Photo I wish only to remember the forgotten in the abandoned cemeteries that I list and to memorialize all those who have passed away. I wish no disrespect to anyone. If you are a family member or close friend please ask me nicely and I will transfer memorials.

Please do not transfer a memorial to me unless I have requested it. I add information to memorials that I am in no way related to.

If you should find a mistake or duplicate, please let me know.

Brothers, we do not want you to be ignorant about those who fall asleep, or to grieve like the rest of men, who have no hope. We believe that Jesus died and rose again and so we believe that God will bring with Jesus those who have fallen asleep in him. According to the Lord's own word, we tell you that we who are still alive, who are left till the coming of the Lord, will certainly not precede those who have fallen asleep. For the Lord himself will come down from heaven, with a loud command, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet call of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. After that, we who are still alive and are left will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And so we will be with the Lord forever. Therefore encourage each other with these words.
1 Thessalonians 4:13-18

Matthew 11:28-30
28 "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light."

Psalm 46:1
1 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

Nahum 1:7
7 The LORD is good, a refuge in times of trouble. He cares for those who trust in him,

Psalms 91:1-4
He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, "He is my refuge and my fortress, my God, in whom I trust." Surely he will save you from the fowler's snare and from the deadly pestilence. He will cover you with his feathers, and under his wings you will find refuge; his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.

Joshua 1:9
Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the LORD your God will be with you wherever you go."

Hebrews 9:28
So Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him.

You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly. Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous man, though for a good man someone might possibly dare to die. But God demonstrates his own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Romans 5:6-8

John Wesley Touchstone
Hi Diana,
Trying to find some info on John Wesley Touchstone who was 1st married to Jeannette Mary Mills (Touchstone) married apprx 1891 according to the the 1900 Augusta Richmond County Census, and states she was mother of 1 child. She died 1915 and is buried on the Touchstone Section in Westview Cemetery, it appears he married a Bertha (Green?) as per 1920 census in Augusta. Trying to ascertain if there was a living child from his union with my ancestor (Jeannette), and did they divorce prior to her death or did he remarry after as there is a child listed as 10 yrs old in the household on the 1920, which I doubt belonged to Jeannette. Any information greatly appreciated, also another John Wesley Touchstone buried in Magnolia but older.. .Thanks
