Interested in headstones since childhood, I find visiting graveyards a great way to study history. As I wander about in cemeteries, I run into interesting people and through information on the tombstone, I am able to research these individuals and discover fascinating stories about them. I live in Oklahoma City and would be happy to take pictures of any memorials.|

|slilly7||Transfer and a thank you!|
First, thank you so much for creating these memorials and providing a photograph for my gg-grandparents! I have been looking for them for many years and you have helped solve a mystery and also confirm their identities (last name issue).
#20494164 (George Hariman) and #20494183 (Phoebe A Hariman) are my 2x great-grandparents. If you are not directly related, I would very much appreciate it if you would transfer their memorials to me.
Thank you again so very much.

Thank you for the photo of entrance to Britton Cemetery in OKC. I had taken grave photos here in 2009 & I thought I had posted the photos but they aren't here. So, I posted Annie Whittaker Petty's headstone photo & one that shows hers with her husband's & a son & a grandson.

Hi Barry, Thanks so much for making the links and transferring Lucius to me! Lucius moved far away from his family in Michigan after his parents' deaths... it's so nice to be able to bring them all back together again. And thanks for all your work in the cemeteries! Julie

Are you still active? See message below. Thank you!
Would you please transfer a couple of memorials to me from Oklahoma Veteran's Cemetery?
Robert Boutilier # 20580992 and his wife Elizabeth Betty Boutilier 20580963.
They are my grandparents but raised me from the time I was 3 so they are more parents to me.
My grandmother was the first one to be buried in the cemetery after a period of disrepair the cemetery had fallen into.
My step-dad Dale Talkington helped bring the cemetery back to use and it was because of him my grandmother was buried there.
Thanks for your time to set the memorials up.
