All three are buried together in Section L next to them are some Foster's that are also related to them. I looked at the original photo the top of the stone is unreadable. at the bottom it says at rest. I think the death date is 1813.

All I could find about about him is that he is buried in the Lexington Cemetery with his wife and a child in Section L. He must have left his family to help in the Civil War. I found them in the 1850 census together, and in 1870 they were separated. I couldn't find them 1860. J B's birth year is unclear.
The transfer is complete

Hello. I can put photos of grave but you will have to remove a couple of yours for me to do so. I need 2, one for upright one for flat . As you can see I also added a good close up.

Hey Jim, First off let me just say welcome to find a grave.
I was replacing some old photos with better ones and notice you had added photo of individuals but they were not showing at the top.
When you go to add a photo of the person make sure you change the selection from "grave" in the pull-down menu to "Person". This will keep the persons photo at the top above the marker photos.
Keep up the good work!
|Robin Phillips||Hello relative|
Your Grandfather had a brother Willis Sims (W.S.) Phillips who is my Grandfather. But he is not listed as part of " Grandma Pretty's" Mrs. Matttie Sims Phillips children.
I have her orignial obituary that was printed in the The Shreveport Times on April 21, 1964 listing her surviving sons John Gordon Phillips and W. S. Phillips - my Grandfather.

Great stuff on James Monroe Sims! I hope you'll publish the Bible images that you mentioned, or if not, email any such images to me at email@example.com. I'd love to check my dates against the Bible's - JP

I updated the information you gave me on Len Deloney. I have also enjoyed very much being able to help with the Simsboro Cemetery records. Thank you for your support of this effort.
